We refer to this individual as a " personal assistant ". She is a perfect fit and does all things to bring the best of her client every day!!! I apologize for taking so long in my review. For over 2-yrs (2023-2024) Ken and Ann have always been quick to respond, quick to answer questions, even after I moved my mom to a RCF. Most caretakers sent to my mom have been very caring and professional. Even during after hours, they always responded quickly. This type of response shows their professional efforts in how they run the company. My only concern was providing a caregiver when one would not show or arrive very late, especially at night. This had forced me to stay and watch my mom, or contact a neighbor to cover. This kind of business has frequent turn overs and are continuously hiring to continue to provide care for people like us. We have had great experiences with our worker Martha Jacobo. She has a report with my dad like no other. He's stubborn with dementia but she handles him well. She is prompt and courteous. She helps my mother who also has dementia. We are very comfortable with her. We don't always have the best experiences with the company due to a lack of communication but our worker makes up for it. read more

It has been a year using Synergy. They have been consistently dependable. They communicate as a professional. Currently Crystal Cuddy responds to my requests in minutes, if not sooner. We needed some additional help caring for my stepmom who has dementia. Although we had moved her into a Memory Care facility, the care team there recommended a "one on one" aide until my stepmom got adjusted to her new surroundings and living arrangement. The folks at Synergy were absolutely outstanding! First, they listened to our needs, second they set up a care interview to assess my stepmom's needs, and third they really delivered by providing some outstanding aides to help my stepmom. This was not an easy assignment since was stepmom can be difficult to work with but, the folks at Synergy provided an abundance of kindness along with their outstanding care. Gradually, as my stepmom adjusted to her new surroundings, we were able to reduce the number of care hours needed. All together we worked with the folks from Synergy for about 12 weeks... This whole process would have been much more difficult without their help. Synergy Home Care is a great agency to have for your loved one. My 94 year old mother has dementia so having a staff that is understanding and empathetic to her individual needs is so important. The front office staff Erica, Crystal are always helpful and professional whenever I have a last minute schedule change or need an additional shift added they do there very best to fill the position. Lillian who is our main caregiver is loving, caring, compassionate and helpful to my mom. She has the skills to navigate the often difficult challenges that come with a client with dementia. Lillian doesn't see my mom as just a client though, she sees her as a person, a mom, grandmother and great grandmother that deserves the patience and love from those that care for her. When Lillian is unavailable for an extra shift I may need, which isn't often BTW, the staff has sent Irene, Yesenia who have been exceptional as well. We have had Synergy Homecare provide caregivers for my husband for the last 2 plus years. We have had mainly two caregivers over this period of time, with change in caregivers one time which required some training during the transition. This was a relatively easy change with the assistance of the Synergy Jasmine in the office and the owners Ken and Anna. The 2 two primary caregivers have been great by providing transportation to appointments, meal preparation and light housekeeping on a regular basis. The caregivers who provided care to my 95 year old mom for the past couple of months are all angels walking among us. The personal bond they had with her until the very end was an amazing tribute to their compassionate, yet professional way they conduct business. My mom didn't have a mobile phone or a personal computer but they made sure I could speak on the phone or FaceTime with her every week. We created a video for her at Christmas and they made sure she got to see it. Mom was a professional musician who played the piano and still had the most amazing high soprano voice. She greeted the morning caregiver by singing "You Are My Sunshine" to her. Mom was a handful for sure and was not thrilled with being bed-ridden but trusted her caregivers to keep her comfortable and safe. Thank you all. My mom had knee replacement and was recuperating at my house. I only had a week off work and didn't really feel comfortable with her not having help when I went back to work. It was very last minute that I called synergy, but they were able to put together a care plan and arranged for staff to care for my mom when I couldn't. Everyone who came over was really nice.
