The consigned items & furniture are carefully inspected to ensure that the quality is, normally, excellent condition. The managers research the items seeking out affordable pricing. The "color tag" discounts are always fun!! E.g., red tags 25% off, and so forth. The girls are fun! It's even just a great place to hang out!! This company does not have a working phone number. The number has been changed/disconnected or is no longer in service. They picked up a chair for consignment, took the pictures, and gave us a receipt for the Palliser chair. This company seems to have closed and made zero effort to contact us about our chair that they owe us money for. As far as I am concerned since they did not follow up with us and effectively they stole from us. They either owe us money for the chair or they need to return the chair to us in the condition it was picked up which was mint condition. read more

After a top notch lunch at La Playa, we decided to explore this little shopping strip. Next to the Goodwill is a consignment shop. They had exceptionally nice furniture and home deco accessories. The furniture was well made and had really decent prices. It is all sold on consignment. This shop has very friendly helpful employees. We had a nice visit w/Nicole. They have a lot of unique pieces of furniture and from what I saw, their inventory is close to what you would see at an estate sale - as far as the condition of the furniture, quality, etc. I saw modern furniture, antique pieces and everything in between. I thought many of their things were more costly than they should have been. Maybe that's how the consignment business earns their profit? I don't know. This store sprays Fabrez on their upholstered furniture. I didn't smell it in the store when we saw it in the store. But the stench permeated our den when we placed it in our den. My husband went back to the store to complain, which will do absolutely no good. It's been over a month since we purchased this rather elegant chair, but it still smells of Fabrez, thankfully, not as strong. Hopefully, in time the stink will dissipate. I just had a great experience buying a dining table and chairs! The staff was so helpful and awesome. They do not pressure you into buying anything as they don't work on commission. They gave me a price for delivery but I told them my husband would try to take it all home in our van even if we had to make a couple of trips. One of the staff explained to me that I would most likely be able to fit everything in my van. Then they helped me load and arrange the table and 6 chairs so I only needed to make one trip! I'm sitting on one of my new (to me) chairs in my dining room now and loving it! I highly recommend this place to buy great quality used furniture! read more

If you are having furniture picked up or delivered do not take seriously the 3 hour window they give to you verbally! They do not go by that schedule and they may come early or not come at all. They will blame their error on you and be very rude about it. They refuse to accommodate the customer trying to find middle ground after they have made the mistake and you have waited several hours and wasted that time. It is their way or no way. I have done business with them but never again. One would think their manager would act decently toward the customer but that did not happen. I prefer to deal with businesses that treat a customer courteously and admit when they are wrong. read more

I wish I could provide a positive review but am not able to. I am guilty of missing my first appointment for furniture pickup and had to reschedule. After sitting in an otherwise vacant house for the specified three hour pick-up window from 4 pm to 7 pm on Saturday I frustratingly called the office at 7 pm to check whether I had misunderstood their pick-up commitment. Of course this was "after hours" so I left a message. Not wanting to waste any more time I departed. When calling again after the weekend I was told the pickup driver had shown up after 7 pm and left because there was no one there to meet him. Bernardo admitted they were at fault. Unfortunately even though Bernardo admitted the driver arrived after the stated pick-up window he refused to reschedule the pick-up. This place has a deal of 50/50 when you sell items there, which is not to bad of a deal considering people dont want to pay you decent prices at yard sales. anyways i did business with this company and they are trying to rip me off as the agreement was 50/50 and they are trying to do 75/25... i would not recommend this place to anyone buying or selling. for a time frame its been 4 months since my stuff sold and have been waiting for the rest of my cash they promiced to mail me. read more

I dropped off 4 pieces of artwork to be priced for consignment, and was told they would call me back before consigning with the agreed upon price. When I went by to inquire about the pricing, some 3 weeks later, I was told that they had sold a piece for far below what I would have agreed upon. I asked for the owner to call me, and when she did she was totally unapologetic, and tried to say that she said she would only call before on 2 of the pieces. When I questioned why she wouldn't call on all of them, not just 2, and suggested that she contact the buyer to return the piece, she then attacked me personally, and said I was a bad person, and that Karma would come back to bite me! She laughed at my husband who questioned how she could ethically do this, and said we had signed the contract. We did sign, but thought we were going to get a call before they sold anything - wrong!! She then said she remembered us, and that we thought our art was special but it was worth nothing. Incredible! Her staff members were the ones that thought it was special, we were just trying to get a fair price. Amazing how unethical people turn the tables on you and try and make you out to be the bad person!! Now, I have no recourse. Sellers, BEWARE!! read more

I have been visiting this Consignment Store for almost five years, sold most of my consignment items, and also purchased many items. The store is beautifully decorated, and the furniture and smaller decorative items are displayed professionally. You may have to wait for some of your items to be put out on display, but they try to match up everything in style and color, so that it is shown to its full potential. The owners and staff are very friendly, and help you with all of your questions, etc. When you take your items in, everything is explained to you, so you should have no problem at all, whether picking unsold items up, (unless you want to donate to a good cause, like The Caring Place,) or getting your check. Worth the visit, anytime you are in the area, as new items come in constantly. Love this store. read more

I am not a seller, but have shopped there many times. The selection is fantastic and seems to be always changing. The artwork, accessory pieces, and unique items are always there. I appreciate the friendly sales staff. I will say this, the young lady, Ebony, always seems to be the most helpful and is incredible at suggesting different pieces when I describe the ambiance of the room and the decor i am looking for. I can't say anything about these sales experiences I've seen posted, but Ebony and their great selection will always have me coming back as a buyer. read more

Terrible experience. My 100 year old antique mahogany buffet piece was not put on the showroom floor immediately, as I was told. It wasn't put on the floor until weeks later. It was put in the very back of the store and stayed there until the end of our contract. (I know because I checked on it several times). When I went to pick it up there were new marks on the top of it and the top of the piece was lifting off of the bottom piece. To add insult...when I told them I was there to pick it up, no one even acted like they cared. Then when I brought the damage to the attention of the worker she said that there was no way to tell when the damage was done because we already loaded it on the truck. She got the owner on the phone and she was just as accusatory. When I brought up that one of their folks had come to my home the day before they picked it up and took pics, she refused to look it up. Very disappointed in their service and attitude. I will not do business with them again. read more

I have to say tha Joseph's review is my same experience. My item sold in May and I called June 15 as I was told they pay in the following month. The story now is that they pay in July so when I had not received a check by July 20, I called again and was told that the check was written on the first and was there, but that con signers are required to call and REQUEST that the money be mailed. It does not say that on the contract, only that small checks must be picked up. I was told it would be put in the mail "today". It arrived July 29. So, go pick up your check read more

I used this company and they have broken the terms of the contract. Contract says that they will pay you the money on the 15th of the month following the month they sold your items. First phone call revealed that they did indeed sell the items and I should receive my 50%. Three weeks later, after no check, I call back and all of a sudden they are claiming that they discounted the items another 20% but I still do not have my money and it has now been 41 days since they sold my items and I still get no response. Letter was written by me and I hand delivered it to them today telling them that unless I receive my money within 10 days of my letter I was filing a complaint with the BBB and if that doesn't work I will hire an attorney and not only will they have to pay my money but I want them also to pay atty fees. Would never use this company again and if I don't get satisfaction, I will also put it on Facebook and anywhere else I can complain. read more
