And just like all the Goodwill's in the Austin area, they do have a weekly color tag sale. They do have five dressing rooms and six checkout stations, although usually only two are manned at any given time. The owner, Kris (might be wrong spelling), is really sweet and made my mom and I feel so welcome. She sells cute and trendy clothes at much better prices than places right on the square. I've now had two bad experiences with the employees at this location. First instance was with a young tall guy that was super rude at check out and didn't put any of our information down for a reserved piece of furniture. Thank GOD we had the receipt and Brittney was on top of it! She got us all set up and was super nice the whole way. The second instance was with a woman that worked there. Little backstory, you need to tear off the bottom piece of the slip on a paper on the furniture you want and take it to the register to buy. We did that. The lady said we had the wrong slip even though on the paper it says "rip off this piece and take to register to purchase". TLDR: she was wrong and we were almost denied the chair until yet again Brittney saved the day! this sounds crazy but as someone that works in retail, I know it's not easy, but I was extremely nice to the people who only gave me rude and argumentative tones back.
