Worked with Thomas Kiang as the loan officer and the whole time he did not know anything going on with the loan and told me that I would have to ask escrow. He said that from here on out it was between the processor and underwriter and he was no longer involved and cannot help. All documents were submitted on time and docs were signed immediately but somehow they still were not able to close on time and never provided an update regarding anything. My husband I were lucky enough to work directly with Tommy (Taming) Lai, Operations Manager, on our home loan for our first house in the USA. He was amazing and worked extremely hard for us. We recently moved to the US from Canada, and the process is REALLY different for mortgages here. We had done refinancing through Home Loan 123 for about 4 times in the past years. They were so helpfu, l and always found best mortgage rate for us. Mr. Tommy Lai was also giving me suggestion if it was good time or worth to refinance and saved us so much fees. One time they over charged me from closing escrow and I didn't notice. Guess what! They sent me a refund check!! I believe the other Loan Agencies will not send you refund check until you find out and call them. They are very honest. I recommended my brother when he bought his house and he was very happy with them too. They are the best Loan Agency we never had. read more
