I was told that unfortunately they no longer offer this service and 'forgot' to notify me. How do you 'forget' to notify a customer? When pressed, the manager admitted they knew my appointment was scheduled, they just never thought to call, text or email me. So if you value your time (and money) don't book Andy on Call, as you stand a good chance of not having a handyman show up to do the work.

When I asked him why, he said he had made a math error. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid him what he wanted. A few months later, I called him for another project. When he was done, he pulled the same "math error" scam. At that point I knew it was a deliberate scheme to defraud people. Needless to say I haven't used him since.
