This is my goto place for durable medical supplies. Many years ago I got a wheel chair from here and it has been a really great one--light but durable, easily configurable and foldable, etc. Even traveled with it on am airplane. It is perfect. Since then, just got a narrower Drive walker and it is pretty awesome. Folks there are so knowledgable and helpful. Soooo happy they are here in the Park Meadows area. I was not told where to get my meter by my clinic and the pharmacy was giving me bad information traveling fro location to location with no success. I have to remove a star because I was told the Web person just puts up whatever they want on the site. Doesn't mean they actually carry the product. I let the nice lady know this is not good at all. Visiting elderly in my home and a new shower chair was needed. After a quick trip to HD I decided something more substantial was needed when HD could offer. I was looking for quality over a quick fix. I was recently told of this location by a person I work with and was happy to see that were open 1/2 day Christmas Eve. Why is it these things always happen on a weekend or holiday when little to nothing is open? Easy access and literally more items then I could count. We fond an acceptable chair for her after testing a few. The price was more reasonable then I thought it would be and it was nice to find out why rent everything but Oxygen. So if you need a cane for a bit.. or a new cpap mask. I would certainly recommend a stop in. I was told it was small family owned and other then the web person who seems to be taking advantage of them they are honest and hard working. read more

The customer service here is great. My mom's neurologist recommended a transport rollator for my mom and we stopped here because it was super close to the doctor's office. The lady in the store showed us the features of different models and explained the differences in features relative to the price. The model I was interested in wasn't out so she had someone get a new one down from the back top shelf just so I could try it. We have Medicare and the woman explained that her office doesn't take Medicare but she offered to look up a place that can! We left without purchasing anything. I visited the "other" Medicare DME places and the customer service was horrible. The stores wouldn't let us touch anything due to "liability" and refused to order or even look up the items we needed. I was shocked at how many other rude businesses exist when places like Home Medical Supply are available instead. I called back HMS about the transport rollator I wanted. They answered all my questions patiently. They explained all the differences in pricing and offered to special order if they don't have it. They explained it could take 1 to 2 weeks for an order to come in, which I was still laughing because orders at other places may be 1 to 2 months or never to arrive. Bottom line: I refuse to patronize horrible businesses just because they are the only ones that accept Medicare. I'm going to return to HMS and buy my DME from them (self pay) because they deserve my money. I am aware that not everyone has that luxury and it makes me sad that Medicare patients aren't treated with the same dignity and respect everywhere. The people at HMS treat you like people! They treated us with the same dignity and respect as everyone else, even knowing that we might not buy from them and for that reason everyone who can chose HMS as their DME provider should CHOOSE HMS WITHOUT REGRET OR CONCERN! read more

Worked with me not my insurance to get a new cpap mask. Very nice and patient staff. Great place for cpap products

So I found myself in Denver without my CPAP mask.  For me, no mask means no sleep, which means much suffering for anyone who has to work with me.  In my quest to simply go out and buy a mask,  I learned that most medical supply companies don't actually serve patients - they work with insurance companies and doctors' offices - which might explain the ratings of some other stores.  Not so with the wonderful team at Home Medical Supplies. The man on the phone found my favorite mask, with the soporifically-named pillows.  The woman who helped me in the store knew exactly where it was, and believe it not, was actually able to sell it to me with zero hassle! Thank you on behalf of my colleagues, who never had to meet sleepless-me.  If you need any supplies, and actually want to get them, this is definitely your place. read more

I am unsure who this company apt 5 stars. Since this company was bought it has gone down hill. I am bed bound. Unable to do anything for myself. Including getting my mail. We have a machine that gets out deliveries for us. I have to us durable medical equipment. I was told we do not delivery to homes directly we use delivery they take it to the door. And then after making 5 calls to my Doctor they still did not get all the information they needed. And my last delivery was wrong. I cannot hardly walk and had to get around 3 cases of DME SINCE JULY. GOOD JOB GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Do not allow them to price gouge you on their face masks!! They were the only medical supply place I could find that had face masks in stock, and I was gullible enough to purchase a box of 50 for $50.00. I was not aware, until I started checking websites, that the 2201 Dynarex face masks should only have cost me about $4.00 for a box of 50!! These guys took advantage of the shortage of face masks due to COVID-19 and raised their prices to match those they saw on Amazon. When I contacted them about this and suggested that rather than price gouge people, they should donate the almost 30 boxes of 50 masks they had stockpiled to hospitals in desperate need of them, they made excuses for their pricing. They tried to convince me that they had paid 10 times the normal price for them. Highly doubtful. If you believe as I do, that businesses should not take advantage of the desperate needs of those trying to save lives or those trying to protect themselves/others from infection by a deadly virus, then please think twice before doing business with this company. read more

My son needed a figure 8 brace for his broken collarbone. I called multiple places before finally finding one here. I was so relieved to find it! I was assisted by a very kind woman at the store. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! read more
