The staff started changing and got weird and now the product has changed and it's SUPER INCONSISTENT. It's like I'm gambling every time I buy, wondering if it will be good or really bad. More times it's really bad and I'm just wasting money and time. Now I feel unsafe even consuming anything from them anymore, so I won't. It's too unpredictable. I'm sure it's still a great place to go for lots of other stuff, but please don't buy your kratom here if you want consistency And quality. The vibes of the shop are a bit weird now too. It used to be this warm welcoming atmosphere. The people who used to be so nice and helpful/ knowledgeable aren't there anymore, sad. My recommendation is start looking online for places to get your Kratom. I'm shocked at the prices at other shops around Denver, twice what this shop charges which is why I've come here for so long. I asked him for one that didn't look like it was made in 1950, and he had an attitude and came back with a slightly less dusty bottle then sold it to me and didn't give me a receipt. Turns out, I didn't need the surgery, so I took the $16 bottle (that I simply rinsed off and put in my fridge) back to him for a return and he told me "NO YOU PUT SOMETHING IN IT!" All I could do was stare at this man. What on Earth could I have possibly put in that bottle?! The top hadn't even been opened and there were no holes whatsoever. I'm sure if there was there would have been no more drink in there! My friend and I told him he had no return policies posted anywhere and he didn't say I *couldn't* return it when purchased. SO I stood there and told him I wouldn't move until he could come up with a better explanation for not taking that bottle back, to give me a refund or even a store credit. But he ignored me like I was a shadow on the wall. Another two customers came in and I explained how racist and ridiculous this ancient ass man was being until finally he snatched the bottle from me, cracked it open and poured the red liquid all up and down the sidewalk in front of his own shop. He came in slammed the register open and basically threw my money back at me. I promised this gigantic JERK that I would spread the word, because that was unnecessary and was an unacceptable way to treat customers! He told me to "NEVER come in here again!" And TRUST ME, I'll never walk in that dusty ass shop ever again.

This place was fortunately right on the way, so I popped in to grab a quick cheap weekend replacement. They worked with me quickly to determine my needs and set me up with a very affordable but also sleek, beautiful, and powerful eGo ONE that might now become my go to rig for non-RDA vaping. As a small shop owner myself, Eric is doing everything right as a business owner--listens to customer requests, builds relationships based on more than just the sale, and makes sure customers are happy walking out.
