The initial install was done so badly that the value of my home has been permanently diminished and it needs to be re-sheeted to make it right again. The MULTIPLE visits by their crews to correct the countless mistakes made, have all been half assed at best, they fix one thing and ignore several others, causing more delays and more scheduling conflicts. The lack of communication is infuriating, I've explained several times that we need to make arraignments for our pets prior to workers showing up, and continually they cannot be bothered. I guess working on the NEXT roof is more important than finishing mine. This was supposed to be done in July and we are halfway through October and weather is coming in fast. Sure, everyone has apologized, and they keep saying they will make it right, but in the meantime, I am still dealing with this aggravation, my house still has the scars of a horrible roofing job, and now I have missed my window of opportunity to repaint the home before winter sets in and will no doubt be facing increased costs for not repainting it in a timely fashion. Having to hiring another roofer to get my home ready for winter Don't do it! Find another roofing company.

I've heard a lot of horror stories with friends getting renovations and facing many bumps in the road and contractors leaving them in the dark about timelines or pricing. S&E, the entire team, are very professional, helpful, and honest. I appreciate all the work they did, they are experienced and when we did hit any bumps in the road they were knowledgeable and had solutions. You can tell this is not their first rodeo. They did not drag their feet and delay things, problems were solved quickly and I appreciated that. They follow through on what they say they are going to do and did not leave my family hanging or in the dark. I will definitely use them for future work and recommend them highly. What's really cool is their attention to detail, you can't even tell we did a renovation. The new bathroom and room match everything in the rest of our house perfectly.

Unfortunately I can't recommend Tomasi due to the fact that our job was never completed, and it's…read morebeen 6 weeks since we agreed to part ways, and we have yet to receive a termination agreement or refund that was promised. See full description below. We hired Tomasi back in November 2022 to demo part of our existing patio, lay a new concrete patio, and install a cover over the concrete patio section so we could use the space as indoor outdoor living space. The concrete pour happened in December 2022 after the team demo'd the existing area. They did a great job and everything went smoothly. Everything after the concrete pour is where we started having issues. The area outside our house was left a mess with concrete rubble and rebar scattered about, the porch steps hadn't been rebuilt to our previously existing porch, and our crawl space had concrete rubble and trash inside it with no new cover being built yet. We had to ask multiple times for this work to be completed, in addition to the power washing and sealing the concrete like Tomasi had promised. He didn't want to finish the job until the cover came in, which was understandable until the cover was delayed from a January arrival time to indefinitely. After months of following up with him to try and get answers about the cover, we were eventually told that it would arrive on May 2nd. We followed up a few times before and were told Tomasi was in Hawaii and would pick it up and install it when he was back, but that it had come in. Fast forward another week without updates, Tomasi told us him and his wife had come down with Covid and didn't know when they would return from Hawaii. After months of the cover being pushed off, we gave the cover company a call and we were told they had no record of our order. We've been trying to remedy this with Tomasi who claims he's still not back from Hawaii for over a month now. Tomasi gave us the option to terminate our contract, and offered a partial refund if $2,547.75 due to the cover not being completed, which we decided to move forward with on May 20. I followed up on May 24 since we still hadn't received it with no response. I checked in again on May 31 asking if he could send over the termination contract by end of day 6/1 and received a lengthy reply telling me he won't be reimbursing me for the patio cover and will not send over a reimbursement settlement (which is no longer what we asked for, we just wanted the termination agreement, plus the $2,547.75 refund he offered us due to the patio cover not being completed). I checked in again on June 7, and he said he received the agreement the past Friday and requested some things be changed, but that we should have it that day or the day after. No updates, followed up again on June 10th with no response. At this point, it's been 6 weeks since we originally requested the termination agreement, and we just want to move on. I unfortunately can't recommend Tomasi given the work wasn't completed and at this point we can't even get a termination agreement sent to us or the partial refund he offered. I will update this review if we ever hear back or receive a termination contract, etc.

The project was to demo 800 square feet of 30 year old tile and install new tile flooring that runs from the large entry way under the front door into the living room of my house. With huge plate glass windows throughout the space. There was also a rainwater drainage issue that needed a solution. All my concerns about the tile layout and sloping for drainage and protecting the big windows were all addressed both upfront and throughout process. This job included removing the old tiles, machine grinding to remove old cement and rebuilding of the cement base outside, putting in a new drainage pipe through a cement frame under a glass wall and then installing the new tile. The end result is a beautiful new tile floor. I highly recommend DJ and his team to handle your home remodel projects.

I believe they have the skill set to do basic repairs and projects. Maybe even more than easy, but it seems when any sort of adversity comes the quality falters. I had a driveway done, which does look nice, but ended up cracking in quite a few places. Not two or three places, but all over. Cracking across the majority of the driveway. I asked about any sort of warranty, having one or two cracks I could've looked past it. When it continued and started cracking all over it got frustrating. Especially when JD came out and looked at the cracks and told me he would ask his concrete guys about a fix. (At this point I was already anticipating he would NOT get back to me, and what do you know. Ghosted.) No communication after that, no attempts to update me on any sort fix. For anyone that reads the reviews. You'll notice the out of country, had an emergency excuse. He used that excuse with me as well after blowing us off for multiple days at a time. Seems fishy. Cheap contractor. Cheap work. Bad customer service. I'd recommend to do your due diligence and get more quotes especially if these guys are your only one. It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

Justin took time to understand my vision. He asked how I imagined the cabin feeling when it was finished and carefully looked through my Pinterest and Instagram ideas. He's so creative and thoughtful. I approved many of his suggested updates that helped bring modern comfort while keeping the kind of rustic charm my grandparents loved to talk about so much. They expanced and remodeled the master bathroom plus added a double vanity and luxury rain shower with multiple shower heads that feels like a private mountain spa. In the kitchen, Justin suggested live-edge countertops that kept a handcrafted feel and the specialty finishing work which full of character, refinished floors, warm natural tones, and trim that looked original but new again. They built custom bunk beds for my kids which guests absolutely love and adds real value for short-term rentals. They installed some smart home features and cameras that help me manage and keep an eye on the cabin from a distance. They also did some landscaping work and installed landscape lighting that brings out the natural beauty of the forest around the cabin at night. It feels magical! My kids are thrilled and the cabin started booking almost immediately! Guests constantly comment on how it feels both cozy and modern with just the right mix of old and new. Since then, I've had JIT back several times for small projects and quick repairs between guest stays. They're always fast, dependable, and incredibly kind which means so much when the cabin's only vacant for a day or just a few hours at a time. They've also provided cleaning services for me a few times when I've been in a pinch. After being burned before, finding someone as honest, creative, and communicative as Justin was such a relief.
