Plaza Pool and Spa runs a little side business out of this location and the same employees "work"…read moreat both. I was billed through Plaza but this is a review of their little side business and I'm sure their demeanor and follow through are about the same. Perfect Products LTD USE AT OWN RISK I placed an order for replacement rollers back on the 4th of May and received almost immediate confirmation of my order and payment but no tracking number. A week or so goes by so I email them back to ask about when I can expect my order and to send me a tracking number. No response. A few days later I begin calling the number which has a generic answering machine saying the mailbox is full and can not accept a message. This is when I start to smell something fishy and wonder if they'd gone out of business. I look back at my payment confirmation and find that this is a side business of Plaza Pool and Spa. Called PP+S on Monday and sure enough the woman that sent my payment receipt works there and in a very un-apologetic way tells me she'll look into it and call me back by the next day. Guess what? That's right, no call back. It's Friday now and I called this morning to follow up and that woman wasn't available but I spoke to someone else who I think was in charge and she tells me, and I'm not kidding, "These items ship in 6-8 weeks of ordering and this isn't an excuse but we are a pool supply business and it's the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend" Like that's supposed to explain why they haven't shipped my order for THREE weeks? Yeah, that is an excuse. An awfully LAME excuse! Your website says items are shipped within TWO business days of payment confirmation and can take up to TEN days to ship. Not 6-8 weeks, it's on your own website! You are now SEVEN days behind schedule and I don't care if you're driving the lead float in the main street parade, you need to plan to stop that float at FED-UPS in route to drop my order off next day air! Anyway, either they hung up on me or my call was dropped but either way when I called back to point out that their website says essentially 12 days total I was cut off with a dismissive "I'll let her know". So I then called back to tell them to cancel the order and stick the lint rollers you know where and they stopped answering my calls! So while the credit card company goes after them I'm writing this to warn anyone who might do business with them. It's one thing to take a little longer to deliver something, and sure sometimes some people/orders fall through the cracks too. But the mark of an honest business is how they treat customers when problems do arise. When you act indifferent to your mistake and try to ignore it that's something totally unacceptable and not the kind of establishment I want to give my business to. USE AT OWN RISK

Just yesterday we were swimming with friends and noticed that the light was hanging on. My old light didn't budge for 12 years and this one (for $800) barely lasted a year. I don't know if this is a safety issue since it's connected to electric but it's just one of the many reasons why I left this company after 12 years with them. The original owners were great but new ownership does not instill confidence for this buyer.

His expert knowledge on the process was easy to understand throughout the project. The construction team was outstanding to work with. The front office folks are always professional, courteous, and could answer my questions in real-time or connect me to the right person to answer any/all questions. Blue Haven's Service Department has been great to work with over the past year Sara, Todd, and the entire service team. The owner Mark has reached out to me several times throughout the project asking is there any concerns/questions. Blue Haven has built our dream pool and it has been is several publications and a few more this Fall. Recommend Highly!!!!

Initial meeting and install was great. Get to us sooner than expected pool was operational by April…read moreof 2024. We had Blue Haven back to close our pool for the year and the employees doing so were extremely rude to my wife and I. We just shrugged it off and had them re open the pool to learn it was not shut down properly and our pool heater that is imperative to using the pool in the early months of the year was broken due to this process. After months of fighting someone finally came out to determine that it was broken beyond repair and it would need to be replaced. They did replace it and we lost half of a season in this process. We sold this home. In doing so we learned the fence Blue Haven who worked with a sub contractor to install as a requirement of having the pool was installed outside of our property line. I immediately reached out to Don about this. His response was that they went of the plot plan that we gave him that was supplied by the county and did not do a survey because previous customers did not like to pay for it to understand where the fence legally needed to be placed. Due to this we were on our own to resolve this matter. This cost our family 1800 dollars.I simply asked Don during this conversation who I should have our legal representation to reach out to at Blue Haven and his response was "it'll cost a lot more for an attorney than it would to move your fence back in Barret. Quite a bit more, but you can have them reach out to Blu Haven." "In a whole lot more time. I told Ruben it was urgent because you're moving December 2 so he's gonna come pretty Quickly but I can tell him to hold off if you wanna get your attorney involved." My family and I feel violated and talked down to by this response when we simply wanted a resolution to a problem we did not cause. We were not given a choice to not have a survey completed and then were told by Blue Haven we were responsible for the cost of the error. 1800.00
