Agreed to the price but was never contacted again. I waited and no samples of material or any further contact was made. Was told they would be here in a month and a half. Didn't come or call. I called two months later to see why they didn't come and was told would be about two and a half more weeks. I asked about sample of material from which to choose and was sent via text, which was fine. I chose and thought all would be good. Three weeks passed and didn't show or call. I texted would no longer be needing their service and was told they were going to come the very next week. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Not very professional or courteous.

They told me that meant it was fixed & they were gonna charge me $189 for a tech to come out. I asked them why they wouldn't honor the 30 day warranty!! They don't care about anyone but their own GREEDY selves. Then they have the NERVE to reply with lies accusing me of cussing them out & all slanderous lies. I never once swore at them & let me tell you I was in distress!!!!! I asked the girl if I had to kiss her butt to get a tech out here & she said no but I do have to pay $189. Let me add that I am taking this co to court to pay for the 2nd co that came out here to fix what they REFUSED TO FIX. I feel sorry for the owner of this company cuz it's his office staff that's gonna put him outta business. Kentucky Climate tech charges $59 just to come out and look and then they tell me they don't install anything unless it's bought thru them. I'm speechless, 30 min job to run two copper hoses from furnace to AC all electrical is already there and they said "NO you have to buy it from us" which of course would cost me thousands more. NO thank you, their site says customer friendly, yes only if you play dumb and buy from them, and on internet you can get everything same quality just cheaper.
