A number "1" rating is too high! We signed 2 contracts and 3 addendums on July 12 and July 22, 2025. As of today (June 23, 2026), we have been stonewalled with promises and lies with no end in sight. We are considering litigation to retrieve our down payment. Our total contacts amounted to over $50,000. Imagine the number of people that would have been given jobs. I lost track of the number of LIES we were given. Such lies were: we can't start installing siding (stonewall-stonewall-stonewall) until your special front door arrives and is installed, we have all of the material (stonewall). We saw a rep at a home & garden show. The rep told us they could do our windows, roof & siding which is what we were in the market for so we left our information so they could come to our home to give us an estimate. The salesman, Jordan arrived and spent a few hours looking at the house, getting measurements and going through our options for colors, window sizes & quality levels of everything we needed. We chose the "good" quality instead of the "better" or "best" due to the cost. The initial estimate for everything was given and we accepted the estimate and signed for them to do the work. A week or so later, the salesman called and set up a time to meet with us and get more precise measurements. His supervisor came with him and we were informed he had made MAJOR errors in the amount of materials needed for our project. The cost ended up being nearly double the original estimate, but we accepted it based on the fact we were assured we had been moved to the top of the priority list and they would have a team out to start working on our roof within the next couple of weeks. We hadn't heard anything at the end of the 2nd week so my husband called and left a message for the project manager inquiring about timing. He received a text back with no real answer, just "I'll look into it and get back to you". At the 3 week mark, we were told the weather had prevented other projects from being finished so they were unable to start on ours until others were finished. After the 4th week had gone by, I called the office and asked to speak with someone in charge. I was transferred to our project manager, told him my name and let it be known we were tired of waiting and I was ready to contact my attorney if work didn't get started within the next 7 days. Needless to say, the roofers FINALLY showed up to get THEIR final measurements so they could get materials ordered. 2 weeks after the roof was done, the window installers FINALLY showed up to install windows. The installation was okay, but the trim they used was beyond flimsy & cheap (I think they got it at the bargain basement home store). A week or so after the windows were installed, one of the regular contractors for the company showed up and put a better quality trim up on some of the windows, vacuumed the work area and left. A couple of weeks later, the siding crew showed up. THEY were the best crew we had! They had the old siding off, the house wrapped & the new siding up all in the same week. By our standards, it looked great and we were happy with it. The only downside to the siding crew was all but 1 of them spoke Spanish. Thankfully, the 1 who was bi-lingual was the crew supervisor and worked great with us, answering our questions and following our direction when they weren't sure on something. They tore down an old chimney from a fireplace we planned to remove and neatly stacked the good bricks for us after my husband asked to save the useable bricks. They also cleaned up after themselves in such a way that we couldn't tell they had been here! Taylor came to do a final inspection on all the work and found quite a few areas that still needed some work. It took a couple of weeks for that to get done. We were assured during the sales process they would maintain communication on a regular basis, the project manager would be present at our home to monitor the progress and we had nothing to worry about. We were told our home was literally the largest project they had done so they'd be regularly visiting. NO ONE from the office ever showed up or called to see how things were going. There was MINIMAL communication initiated by the company and we only heard from the project manager after we initiated communication. All in all, if you want to spend the money and wait a while, they'd be happy to help you out! Personally, I was NOT impressed with their communication skills or their timing. read more

They will not show you any other quotes or comparable prices and will "bind" you into signing a contract when you think youre just being approved and signing a quote to lock in the price before going through the financing company. This business is absolutely the worst. Contrary to the amazing reviews they have on their website, if you go look online, and to the BBB website, and go through the reviews on yelp, you will see how horribly they do business. It started with the salesman bullied us into signing a contract with him, I said I wanted to think about it one night and let him know since it was a big purchase, he was rude and said if I didn't sign that night he couldn't give me the same price and he didn't want to come all the way back to our house for us to sign contacts. He also was pushy that we put down a chunk of money. He said it takes "one day" for their team to put up metal roofs and they would be at our house to put on the roof the first week of July. July came and went, nothing. Not a word from them, so I started contacting them, excuse after excuse, we were next on the list, it is now September and I have heard we are next on the list for 4 months. We now have three leaks in our roof, one has completely destroyed my newly remodeled bathroom, there is a hole in my ceiling, I have called repeatedly and expressed the urgency and no one cares. If they would have came when they said they were coming we would have had no leaks and internal damage in our house. I have called the salesman, the Forman, their boss, the owner, no one cares. All I get is "we are the next on the list". They say they are a family company, but they do NOT care about family's. We gave this company a $15,000 deposit December 4, 2021 to replace our siding, facia and soffits. Were told it would be done between first of, to middle of April 2022. As it got closer to that time frame I started calling to confirm exact dates. Took several phone calls to get them to return it. I was told it wouldn't be done until July. I couldn't get a clear answer or a follow up from my sales rep. I finally heard from Trevor who told me it would be done sometime towards the end of May. After being frustrated over all the different answers and not feeling good about the situation over all, I went to the office and met with the owner Phil. He took the time to lay out a "new plan" and scheduled it the following week. The siding did turn out very nicely and transformed the home 100%. I just wish it hadn't taken as much effort to get it to happen. This journey didn't end well. They missed a spot that was supposed to be sided and had a huge pile of left over materials sitting in our driveway. When they came out for the "sign off and final payment" I was told they would be back to finish the job and pick up all the materials. It's now been about a month and that stuff was still sitting in our drive. We have had to pay to have it removed and our yard is full of trash, nails and other siding debris. My wife and I encountered Home Pro at the Home and Garden show at the Coliseum. We were seeking an estimate for new siding. They called and scheduled an appointment with us to get an estimate which turned into a 3 hour explanation on how great and full of integrity the company is. We agreed on a price (only good for that evening) with financing of 2 years no payment, no interest plan. This turned out to be false and I received a bill right after work was complete. The company was able to negotiate a 18 month no payment, no interest after the fact which helped, but still put us in a bind. When they finally came out to do the work, they ran out of the siding we ordered saying they used some of ours to complete another job. Unfortunately for us, we had family and friends over for holiday weekend with half finished siding on the house. We had property damaged by the workers which the company said they would pay for, but never did. I was finally able to get ahold of the used car salesman that sold us this bill of goods, who swore up and down "that's not how they do business" and offered to send my wife and I a gift card to pay for the damages. That didn't happen either. I will continue to spread the word throughout the internet and to whoever will listen, that they will only get a huge debt and headache if they rely on Home Pro, the self proclaimed pillar of integrity. read more

I only wanted one window replaced, as I was paying cash. I allowed the salesman to attempt financing for all my windows (8 windows @ $7500) and I was denied. The sales person wanted me to go through another lender with a high interest and put a lien on my car. I said no. I just want the one window installed. The worst service ever, took advantage of my wife with her airbnb. Showed up to the house without approval, in which RENTERS were in. She made it EXTREMELY clear that it was an Airbnb and construction would not take place until off season in November, they show up in June only to do a completely HORRIBLE job!! They tried to blame her for not responding to messages, however that in itself gave them NO RIGHT to come on the property!! She called the company while she was on vacation when she saw strangers on the roof tearing things off and Dustin was a COMPLETE jerk and yelled at her for not not returning a phone call. She returned money to the renters because they were obviously upset!! When she returned home we went out to the cottage to see the work they did, and it was 100% completely horrible! Nails and scraps EVERYWHERE, they even left a box of nails on the roof...She Asked Dustin if the rotten boards under the soffit were replaced, and he said of coarse they were!! After she expressed her concerns they hired a guy named Jeff, he came out to inspect and was shocked, he said wow,, that's horrible!! Assured me it would be fixed, gave me his word as well as his personal number. He told me he and the owner were life long friends... he moved here to help him from north Carolina, very nice guy...called him 3 days later and his phone was disconnected. The neighbors even asked us when they were going to finish....after it was done!! That's just how bad it was! The fascia had waves like the ocean, we had several contractors out to see the shitty soffit as well. Even DUSTIN himself said "wow, that's shitty" after she sent him a picture. Long story short they came out to "fix" it. Once again did not listen and showed up before she said it was OK, before renters were out!!! Wtf! So...Like she had suspected the rotten boards were NOT replaced even though Dustin made her feel stupid for asking....hence the reason they showed early... and THAT is exactly why she was trying to get there before they did!! So, they fixed the soffit and fascia a bit. In the end she is still so upset at how DUSTIN treated her, he talked down to her EVERY time she called. He as well as the salesman are sexist ass holes, asking her if she had her husband's permission!! She is her own person! I highly recommend to go elsewhere especially if you are a woman!! She also called SEVERAL times to speak with the owner about her concerns, in which the phone call was NEVER returned. I like to think that DUSTIN intercepted the phone calls....unless the owner was that big of an asshole to not listen to an upset customer......go ahead and call my wife Dustin, this review is NOT getting deleted, no matter what you say to my wife. read more
