He should have had the new window READY TO GO--BEFORE---he took the damaged one out! That is a no-brainer! He told me to "have a nice day" WITHOUT a smile as he left and gave me a dirty look! As I was checking Yelp for options, Glass Doctor came up and I saw Terry E's great review so I went with it! I was able to schedule my appointment right over the phone with Glass Doctor. I submitted everything through my insurance and then someone came to my house at the beginning of the stated time window. It did take an hour to replace, which I wasn't expecting, so be sure to ask if you have a time commitment. Once he was done, the guy working on my car told me to wait about 15 minutes to drive. It ended up being over half an hour before I drove it, and I noticed some weird rattling from the windshield that kind of freaked me out. However it went away quickly and so far so good! No leaks! *knock on wood* I would definitely use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone needing a crack repair or windshield replacement.

It's difficult to find a company that will stand by their product from the point sale and years after with their premium warranty.   Every product they sell is the highest quality and I know they will stand behind their warranty. I am so very happy with Polar Seal we had them replaced all the widows in our house last year. We had two patio doors installed 18 years ago, last week while mowing the lawn a rock broke the glass on one of the patio doors.  After a call to Polar Seal customer service, they came out and replaced the glass in two days at no cost to me.  I don't know of any other company that would be so responsive to a former customer's needs.
