I bought a used "L" shaped couch from a friend who owned cats. This couch was covered in cat hair and was just very dirty. I spoke with Mattress Refresh and they reassured me that they could have the couch looking like new again. The couch had some basic wear and tear but it was hard to see past the cat hair and did not believe they could turn this nearly trashed item, into a useable and practical couch. I took the gamble, and let me tell you, it was worth it. The couch went from used to looking nearly brand new. There wasn't a strand of cat hair remaining on the couch, no dirt, and he even repaired some of the basic wear and tear where they could. I was overwhelmed with excitement to see the before and after of my used purchase. The most modern technologies were used to clean my couch and impressed me every step of the way. Mattress Refresh also tested the cleanness of the couch before and after. I was told anything under a 30 was clean and most germs were sterilized. Before the couch was clean, the test showed a 170; upon completion of the cleaning, my couch was tested again and scored a 22. I was elated and would highly recommend this company and their services to any of my friends and family needing a couch, rug, or mattress cleaned. This is my first and last time using this company. There price was not cheap and not too expensive. But the way my howas cleaned was the worst cleaning I ever had. This was a 2 bedroom apartment and I had to make it ready for my new tenant. At one point I started to clean with the lady because everything I was telling her to clean he would say ok but never touched. For a 2 bedroom including carpet cleaning they changed $330. They send one lady cleaning and for the carpet one guy showed up for 2 hours and cleans the carpet. Remember it's not steam cleaning. They have the hot water carpet wash cleaning. The house was vacant , so I left the apartment .after few hours the owner of the company called and said they are all done and I needed to pay. So I paid over the phone by my credit card and told them that I would check the next day. I am surprised that how they can still be in business with this kind of poor quality job. I called and asked is they can send someone to finish the missed clean areas but never got any calls back. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company the owner responded with false statement On yelp. I never asked to do the whole house cleaning I called several times and left a massage also sent pictures the next day but the owner never responded) I have several rental places and all the companies either the manager or the owner comes and checks the job to make sure it was done right. We've had them for maybe 4 cleanings and overall in my opinion, the maids they have seem more inexperienced than the ones I've had before. They seem to spend more time on things that aren't necessary and less or none in areas that we hire maids for. The last cleaning was really bad, the maid didn't clean the kitchen, dining, living, patio areas like I asked and left after spending 2h40 in office and master that had zero things to pick up(I always prep the rooms so she can focus on deeper cleaning) and bathrooms. If you don't mind slower maids, maybe this is a good place to start because the price is fair but it wasn't for us. I had Ian and his crew come in and clean my house after a construction at my house about 4 months ago. They did a great job cleaning the construction dust off my house and washing my windows. Construction dust is no easy thing thing to get rid of, but they did a very thorough job. I was also very happy with their window cleaning. This is for people like me that are looking for reliable and honest house cleaning services. Recently moved to Orange County and decided to try this company for house cleaning and carpet cleaning. They sent Brandon and Emily who are both nice but they did not clean the floors well at all and other areas of the house did not clean well, also did not clean the carpet in the walking closet and what is worst when I called the Company to notify them, the attendant Dean was un-pleasant and argumentative, he said to me that the cleaners told him that I was asking them to "scrape" the floor and that is not true--by no means I want anyone scraping my expensive marble floor. But I expected a good moping of floors. Later I called their office again trying to speak with the owner or someone to listed to my dissatisfaction with their pricy service and this time Jim answered the phone, first he pretended that he did not understand me and then he begun shouting at me, then he said: "Dean made a note here that you called earlier and were disrespectful", but the truth is that both of them were careless about my upset and the reason of my call, so no customer service oriented. That was my experience with this company and I do not recommend, nobody wants to be treated this way, nobody want this trouble. read more

They showed up on time, then needlessly cancelled my cleaning job last minute, after getting a tour of my home, an explanation to not clean one of my bedrooms, my explanation that I am in great need of their cleaning services I have guests coming tomorrow to clean what they can for 4 hours, and me begging them to please clean today what they can and not leave. When you did the walkthrough there was not a lot more work that I ordered, there was less, I was not having them clean one of the bedrooms I paid for in advance and my house had just been professionally cleaned 4 days prior to them coming and I keep a clean house. I never screamed at the technician, I never told the technician to work faster, and I never talked with the technician in any disrespectful or rude way. I did not belittle anyone. I was impressed by Alex's energy and attention to detail, and was very pleased with the pricing and value. A couple of months later, I became a regular customer, every two weeks, and have had several different employees come, always with a positive, helpful attitude. They never leave without asking how everything looks, and are always happy to stay a few minutes more and do a little extra if needed. The owner, Ian, is responsive and does his best to accommodate scheduling when needed (once he called us from vacation in Europe to let us know that our cleaner had a cancellation and could come earlier, if desired!).
