Let's be honest There are choices in riverside for window cleaning I've been using Sea of Glass for the last 2 years but I thought this time I'd shop my next service On price Raincross won hands down But a caveat, you get what you pay for The cleaner showed up about 10 pulled about 80 percent of the screens down Cleaned the sills Started on one side of my house Then left for a dentist appt I wasn't told about That was 12 pm It's now 3:30 I called and asked first if the cleaner is ok And then was told that he would finish this next week No. He won't finish next week He had the entire day to complete this I cannot deal with companies that schedule incorrectly And do not schedule personal time for employees for personal time I got ahold of their customer service and asked them to put back on the Screens. The gentleman who came to my house cleaned all of our windows, scrubbed every screen, scraped overspray off of my French doors, cleaned my mirrors inside, washed my attic windows... I have used this company several times and had A+ service. I will not, however use them again. I'm not blaming the gentleman that cleaned the windows because he did a pretty good job but management could do a way better job! My appt was supposed to be between 12-2 but he didn't show up till close to four. The poor guy didn't get done till almost seven. We even fed him dinner. I called the office at 2,3, and 3:30. They are clueless about what goes on in the field. Management should have called first to tell me he was going to be late instead of me calling over and over. New to the area we were looking for a window cleaning company. We had a buildup of dirt and dust and spiderwebs and had no idea the last time the previous tenants had had them cleaned. Our neighbors recommended Raincross window cleaning as they had used them the last 6 years themselves and we're very happy. I gave them a call and Spoke to Debbie she came out to our home to give us a quote the very next day. She was very sweet personable and professional, gave me a written quote with business card and brochure. I had had other quotes and they were very competitive and affordable beating competitors prices by a third. She sent Derek out and he did an amazing job, cleaning inside and out along with the screens and runners. He took great pride in his work and it showed. The end result amazing what a difference clean windows make! Totally opened up our home. I asked him if he knew how to get in our fireplaces that are paned with glass and he took the time to figure it out and clean them at no charge. Very sweet and much appreciated! I needed someone to come out fairly fast, as I was having guests for a week, and the houses needed sprucing up. When I called on Thursday I was happy to hear that they could accommodate me on the following Tuesday morning. I was given a window of 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. Derek arrived at 9:30. My experience has been that when you are given a window for ANYTHING, its usually at the opposite end of the window, so I was pretty happy. He was polite and professional. He had the truck unloaded and equipment set up before he even rang the doorbell ~ I just happened to see him out the front window. He didn't seem to mind the dogs barking the entire time he was there, and was cheerful and pleasant. The windows were pretty bad, I knew, yet he whistled while he did his job, and was courteous the entire time. He did a wonderful job! I'm very happy to be looking out sparkling windows! When he was finished, he took time to pet each of the dogs and ask about them. Small thing, but makes it personal. I'd request him again. read more

We have a very large home and Ramon did an amazing job cleaning the screens, windows inside and out and the tracks. He had some challenges with some of the windows inside my home which required the high ladder. He took great care to make sure he didn't mark the walls or the travertine tile. The builder placed a couple of windows in a very odd spot between the 1st & 2nd roof line. He and I both tried to figure out how he could even get to these windows as no other window cleaner could figure out how to get there and so they have never been cleaned. He was determined to get them cleaned and he did. Thank you Ramon for a job well done! The only criticism I would have is that when I called the company, I always had to leave a message. This can be problematic when you call from work and are not always able to accept their call back. Then when you do call back, it's another message and then phone tag. If it weren't for my neighbors recommending them I would have just called another company to set up an appt. right then and there. It had been years since we've had the windows professionally cleaned - and they NEEDED it! Derek came out- was actually early - and that was great. He's polite, professional, even took his shoes off when he came in to do the interiors. He did an amazing job getting the windows clean - power washed the patio and walks and spent time going over everything with us to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. 4.5 from me an excellent job with pressure washing and window cleaning! Derek was on time, professional, and friendly. I was really pleased that he protected all our outside cameras before starting his high pressure wash. He did an awesome job with washing the house, including removing all the debris from the rain gutters. I really appreciated that he took out a bird nest on our window ledge on the second floor and scrubbed down the sides of our chimney and window ledges, which were also splattered with bird droppings. The windows were spotless after he was finished. =) Highly recommend! The only reason I gave them a 4.5 is because Derek did not put back the water nozzles onto our hoses after using them, and he did messed up one of our high tech garden reels so we had to fix it. But overall, we were pretty happy with Raincross Window Cleaning. =) read more

Wow, this was the best money that I have spent in a long time! I have previously done my own windows only to be left with them looking worse than before I started. I'm not sure how they do it, but it really is worth the money. Ramon, the awesome window cleaner, didn't even complain about having to crawl through my overgrown roses, and other bushes, plants, and trees. He didn't even mention the fact that my sprinklers came on and soaked the inside of his truck. :-( He cleaned the inside of my windows, the outside, and the screens. I hadn't had my windows professionally cleaned before and I couldn't take it anymore. I am very picky about who I allow into my home because of past issues with service companies. I decided to hire this company on the recommendation from a friend. I wasn't disappointed as they were professional, had all the right equipment and they removed their shoes before they came inside. After they completed the cleaning the windows looked like they were all left open, they were that clean. They even cleaned the tracks and the screens. I mentioned to the techs that came that my rain gutters were over flowing, so they spent a couple of extra hours at my home and cleaned them for me. Talk about going the extra mile. I won't wait as long to have this done next time, it's so nice to have clean windows. I will recommend them to my family and friends and I will have them back in the future for sure.
