We had a roofing contactor leave us high and dry due to the delays. Brandon and Midwestern, though, stuck with us throughout the long delay. This we greatly appreciate! In all of our dealings with Brandon and Midwestern we've only received the utmost of personal and professional care. We weren't just customers to them, we were people in need and they treated us accordingly. It was nice to have Brandon and Midwestern on our side and to have the confidence that they were not going to bail out on us. They stuck with us through 3 of the 4 months of insurance company failings. Then, after all of that, they left us with a beautiful, professionally installed new roof. Jacob came and looked at the damage even before my insurance adjuster came. He kept me informed, and gave me a price for doing the damaged half and the whole roof. I chose to do the whole roof. He estimated it would be the end of April, and they were able to complete it in one day on April 13. Jacob kept me informed when they found a few boards that needed to be replaced. The crew covered the ground and bushes with tarps to catch all the debris. They picked up everything that fell on the ground, and ran magnets over the yard and even behind the shrubs. After they left, Jacob checked to make sure everything was done to perfection. The very next day (14th), we had a hail storm. Jacob called and was here within an hour to see if the roof was damaged. Thankfully, it was not. I would recommend Jacob and his crew to anyone.

We had some damage to our metal siding after we had some work done by a landscaping company. All…read moreCraft Exteriors was working on a neighbors house, so we decided to give them a call to see if they could send someone by to give us an estimate to repair the damage. Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!
