I told them to just do a job they would be proud of because they seemed like level-headed guys. After they completed the task, I had a friend inspect their work on the exterior. My friend said that the workmanship on two of the windows was decent, but the other two looked like they were done by a ten year old. The next morning, I emailed the photos my friend had taken, to their office in Albert Lea Minnesota. An hour later, I called to see what their boss thought of the workmanship. Their boss said he would send someone out to resolve the issues. Well, it took 7.5 WEEKS for them to send out a tech. The tech has resolved the problems today, but IMHO, 7.5 weeks is unacceptable. Maybe they have so many call backs, that the fixit guys are tied up that long.

Worse, they offer a lifetime clog free warranty but deny warranty claims on the ground that the clogging is due to normal wear and tear and needs normal maintenance not covered by the lifetime warranty. In other words, there is never a clogged gutter that would be covered as you would be told to clean the gutters yourself of the clogging, the very issue that is supposed to be avoided by the Leafaway system. Don't waste your money on them or their products.

I got an insulation person out and he said there was plenty of venting available for a fan. Then a large estimate came and it also said I had to get an Electrical permit. After learning how to get a permit and paying $25.01 for it I send multiple texts to Jamie and waited for a response. I finally had to email him to get a response. The last email he changed his mind! He suggested "I recommend having a mechanical company--whoever did your furnace and AC--take a look to see if they have a better solution" I thought the customer was right when asking for something I've done before that I know works. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me a lot sooner! No very happy with this company.

Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!

Jacob came and looked at the damage even before my insurance adjuster came. He kept me informed, and gave me a price for doing the damaged half and the whole roof. I chose to do the whole roof. He estimated it would be the end of April, and they were able to complete it in one day on April 13. Jacob kept me informed when they found a few boards that needed to be replaced. The crew covered the ground and bushes with tarps to catch all the debris. They picked up everything that fell on the ground, and ran magnets over the yard and even behind the shrubs. After they left, Jacob checked to make sure everything was done to perfection. The very next day (14th), we had a hail storm. Jacob called and was here within an hour to see if the roof was damaged. Thankfully, it was not. I would recommend Jacob and his crew to anyone.
