After years of filing my own 1040EZ, I got tired of being audited by the IRS and having to pay for…read moremy layman's mistakes. I was referred to Nice Refund by a friend that I trust, so my expectations were high going in. Well, they went above and beyond my high expectations. First, I uploaded all of the tax documents that I had in my possession into their online document management system. I uploaded at my own pace through out the week, in preparation for a Thursday meeting. I work typical office hours during the week, and the office is a bit too far to travel on my lunch, so I was able to make an appointment at 6:00 pm. This was very convenient- I appreciated their willingness to acquiesce to the needs of my schedule. Once I arrived to the clean and professionally set up offices, I sat down with a tax professional that has been doing taxes for over 10 years. He was very professional and courteous. He asked me a series of questions that he filled into his system, and after what seemed like a pleasant 20 minutes conversation about what I have been up to over the last tax year, he was done. Just like that. Taxes filed. The largest refund that I have ever gotten and the peace of mind knowing that they were done right. I think it is important to also note, there is no cash exchange in the office. This made for a really relaxed meeting. When my taxes got processed, their money was taken out before my refund even got to me. I didn't have to lift a finger. If you are looking for an honest, and experienced tax service company, try these guys out! They saved me from such a huge headache this tax season, and will be taking care of my taxes from hence forth.
