I have a picture of the rug where the two tags were ripped off the rug leaving the plastic tag holders in the carpet. As a result of these two experiences, I would not recommend this gallery.

The fact that he's actually going on Yelp to try to discredit any negative review (which there are multiple) just shows he's not a good person to work with. Yet, here he is, fighting a review that's almost a decade old. I saw him comment on another review that the reviewer must be suffering from a mental illness. That judgment is in poor taste, but not surprising. He seems like a real gem. It will be my extreme pleasure to never do business with him again.
