The second time I went there, a rug of interest had two tags. the second tag was a discounted price from the original. I accepted the lower second tag price and did not realize until later that they had charged me for the original price. When confronted on the phone of this discovery, the owner denied that there were two price tags. I have a picture of the rug where the two tags were ripped off the rug leaving the plastic tag holders in the carpet. As a result of these two experiences, I would not recommend this gallery.

However, the sales rep Zach and his manager Aaron were not knowledgeable and made many mistakes that threw us back to square one several times. Initially they told me my hardwood floor can be reinstalled back after squeak fix. The subcontractor installer (barely speaking English) then came and said it absolutely cannot. Then we decided to install new floor, thickness 3/4. I requested samples. They only had small ones not showing variability of wood. I had to borrow big samples from a floor store nearby. After choosing the floor, another installer came and said that the thickness I needed is actually 5/16, and there are very few options in that thickness. Now I have to pick up a new floor and request samples again. At this point, the manager does not return my calls and messages, spontaneously answering days later with personal lame excuses, different each time. At this time, six weeks has passed since I initially contacted them. No samples. I request my deposit back by email, voicemail, and in person from two receptionists, and then Aaron himself. I even requested to speak to Paul (the owner) to tell him that my only point of contact openly ghosts me, but the receptionist didn't put me through, and Paul didn't call back. Ten days passes. I still don't have my deposit back, and nobody picks up at the office. I started with them April 23, and it is now June 11. Decide for yourself.

Since he doesn't have service records it's no wonder he doesn't remember doing our carpets. Respectfully sir, don't come on my review to say I'm a competitor trying to undermine your business. My account of my experience with your and your company is completely accurate. And now he's asking for a receipt from work I had done on my home 8 years ago. Who saves receipts for 8 years? it was November 2015. I live in Modena Place in NE Philadelphia. The fact that he's actually going on Yelp to try to discredit any negative review (which there are multiple) just shows he's not a good person to work with. He could have just acknowledged the poor experience her gave to me and my husband and the other people who have reviews him and called it a day. Yet, here he is, fighting a review that's almost a decade old. I saw him comment on another review that the reviewer must be suffering from a mental illness. That judgment is in poor taste, but not surprising. He seems like a real gem. It will be my extreme pleasure to never do business with him again. Again - I'm not a competitor, undermining your business, sir. I work in healthcare. No one I know owns a carpet sales company or installation company. I have nothing to gain by giving an incredibly honest review of your business. You sold me sub par carpeting for a regular price. I got nothing special from you or your company. After dealing with another company, I realized I should have shopped around instead of going with your company, based on another's recommendation.
