I requested a repair estimate for my refrigerator, which was provided at 6:52 PM on July 23rd. At the time, I was driving and asked if I could call back after I had a chance to review the estimate. On July 24th, I was at work all day and later received five consecutive missed calls starting at 6:08 PM, again while I was driving. They did not leave any voicemail messages, only a text asking me to return their call. They could've attempted to contact me within business hours, but chose not to. I found this approach to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. I called back when I arrived home, told the "dispatcher" of my frustration and said I would not be moving forward and asked how to pay for the service call ($60). He responded by saying he'd send me a payment link- that was 10 minutes ago so should i incessantly call him? Update: this is the kind of response that you get from a company that lacks professionalism. The estimate was excessive and it's more cost efficient to buy a new refrigerator - so I opted to do that. Do not use their business. 2nd Update: I'm now being harassed by the company because I opted not to repair the refrigerator and chose to buy a new one. read more

The technician diagnosed a bad control board, fan, and relay, and I moved forward with the recommended repairs. Unfortunately, even after a second visit, the issue wasn't resolved. That said, when I called to discuss it, they immediately offered a refund for all parts, taxes, and the diagnostic fee -- no pushback, no excuses. TigAlex was responsive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. They took a step by step approach to diagnosing and fixing our LG refrigerator. It was an interesting experience learning about the extent of electronics now used in modern appliances. The control board looked like a control board from a desktop computer with the extent of circuitry, capacitors, etc. Ultimately, it's unlikely we'd buy another LG refrigerator based on the extent of repair needed after 6 years. However, we've heard from multiple independent sources that the quality of refrigerators, in general, have diminished as compared to older generations. Would highly recommend TigAlex. read more

These guys got my old fridge working again. They came out a few times figuring out the issue, didn't even charge me for the last trip, but they stuck with it when I was ready to give up. I gather parts were not readily available, and they finally used a part that they had to adapt a bit, but success in the end! Saved me from having to buy a new fridge. All through it, they responded to calls and texts very quickly. I had them out here once before, when my oven went out, and they came out quickly for that and got it working right away. Both times, for both the oven and the fridge, the charges were very reasonable. They explained everything very clearly to me and were very honest. Going off other reviews of dishwasher repairs this seemed to get some solid reviews. I called TigAlex when my older dishwasher wasn't running anymore. Only a couple days after calling TigAlex was able to come out and diagnose that a new one would be the most cost effective solution rather than repairing a motor, latch and various other parts on my existing one. Since he arrived a little later than expected he knocked some money off the initial house call which was great. I'm glad he came out that day, rather late in the evening compared to cancelling altogether. I ended up doing some of my own research and getting a new dishwasher from Lowes and having TigAlex install it. The installation price was around $200 which was on par with what Lowe's would have charged except TigAlex could come out in a couple days rather than more than a week with the big box store. They did a solid job disconnecting the old one, hooking up the drain, water supply and electrical connection on the new one and took between 1-2 hours. Overall was satisfied on the work! read more

Two weeks ago, I contacted this company based on its reviews. Days later the company came out they gave us a window of time. They arrived after the window with time and told us not to worry about the service charge. That in itself impressed me from the get-go. We decided to wait and see if my refrigerator was going to break down again because when they arrived, it was working. On Monday of this week, my husband contacted them. The refrigerator stopped working the next day. They were there early in the morning 15 minutes it took and my refrigerator is good as new. It was reliable, direct straight to the point and the problem was fixed. I called TigAlex because I thought my refrigerator wasn't chilling. Turned out the fridge was fine, but once TigAlex was on site I remembered that my dishwasher had a problem: the latch kept disengaging during the cycle, which interrupted the cycle each time. TigAlex confirmed that the latch needed replacement, and promised to order the necessary part and come back to complete the repair. They returned the following week, installed the new latch, and the dishwasher ran flawlessly afterward. About a week later, I noticed that the door to the dishwasher appeared to be slightly misaligned. No water was leaking, but I was concerned. TigAlex came back without hesitation, and fixed that problem to my satisfaction. They did not charge me for the follow up. I highly recommend these guys! read more

Alex came to my house wed for $60 charge. He told me the wire was $90 and he can do the job. $150 labor plus shipping and handling. Came out to $298. He told me samsung couldn't give him the right piece so he took a $3 clip from home depot and wired it together, but still charge $298 and I had to put fridge back together myself as soon as I hooked door together wire came apart. He just wrapped in tape and said that's how you do it. I called him back he talked over me, even after letting him talk, he would refuse to let me talk and hang up and call back and ask if I calmed down, then said I won't do the work you can sue me. These reviews are obviously fake. He smells horrible like severe body stench. read more
