So he studied the Eply Maneuver especially for me and worked with me once a day for over a week until it reduced and my dizziness was almost completely gone I recommend them strongly for being willing to step outside their own comfort zone and take on something completely foreign to them and to actually accelerate at it and get good results! And then for the next couple weeks (once a week) William actually called me on the phone to make sure I hadn't relapsed and was ready to make space for me to come in if needed Theyre right behind Safeway on university avenue side of town

First I was seeing Rhonda who is absolutely amazing & kind. She has very good bedside manner & she helped me graduate out of PT for my arms. I next saw Courtney for TMJ! Courtney is hands down one of my favorite PT's at Willow. She was a lot of fun to work with. She helped me discover that the core of my issues were being caused by my Pelvic Floor. She recommended I see a Pelvic floor PT in their office. So I first started seeing a lady named Shauna. She was great but when I returned for a follow up with her I was told she was gone. I then had to see Aisha who I learned was the owner of the business. She was awful to work with. She spoke to me as if I were a child and she was really rough in care. I wasn't happy having to see her. I missed my next appointment with her by complete accident & she made me pay for it literally. When I left my first visit with Aisha I told the front desk girls that I'd see them again on Wednesday. The girls at the desk are always so kind and so outgoing. Everything was fine. The business is really good at sending text reminders for your appointment. I didn't receive a text telling me my appointment was actually for Tuesday which I later found out. When I went in, the billing lady very rudely demanded I pay $50 for missing my appointment. Something that was an honest mistake. I get that it's a business but it's how they handled it. It was very rude. I was assigned then to Hannah for Pelvic Floor Therapy, but I was so upset with how the staff treated my missed appointment that I was ready to be done with Willow after that visit. Hannah however changed all of that. She was kind and compassionate. She listened to what was going on & spoke with Courtney about her observations. I left my appointment with Hannah & agreed to stay at Willow just for her. I've been seeing Hannah for about 8 months now. The work she has done & the level of care she has provided is unmatched. I wish I could take her everywhere I go. She truly takes time to listen. She has helped me tremendously. But the toxicity of the managers still lingers. They have snooty faces when you walk in. They are very cold. It's not a warm environment. And the desk ladies have all been amazing but there is a huge turn over rate. Greater than what you see at McDonalds. I can only imagine that it's because the management is miserable to work with. You can hear them with so much attitude every time you are in the center. Thankfully the business runs best because of their amazing PT's. I believe it's their saving grace. Hopefully they are treated better than the front desk staff. Businesses die really easy in Fairbanks & I think if it wasn't for the PT's being the best of the best, Willow wouldn't last long.
