Oh man. As a veterinarian, I'm not normally on "this side" of the veterinary table. I had to put my…read moreown beloved 14-year-old pit bull mix to sleep, and I had contacted another cremation service - while they were great at communication, they couldn't fit us in at 6 pm for dropping off my dog's body. It was frustrating, because I really didn't want my family to have to deal with "much" during this trying time. (e.g., didn't want my dog's body in the garage overnight). A veterinary colleague recommended "Pets Remembered Cremation Service" and I had an amazing experience. They were super responsive, had clear communication in a time of grief, and had an after hours fee which allowed me to drop off my dog's body at a time that worked for us. When I got there, they were so compassionate and empathetic, and really treated my dog's body with respect. I really appreciated the space (e.g., grieving room) and them greeting me at the door with guerney (with blankets and a pillow on it). I got my dog's ashes back the next day and the presentation was beautiful - a beautiful bag, temporary cardboard tube for his ashes, and the most heartwarming nose print and paw print memorial. It made the passing of our dog was made so much more peaceful because of Pets Remembered Cremation Service. THANK YOU for the service you offer to pet owners and veterinary professionals alike.

We had a in-home vet to say good bye, then stop by the Pets Remembered to do momentous. After that we dropped him off at the lab. After the result came back with negative, the Pets Remembered picked him up for cremation. We were worried that if we can really have him back, but Gini from the Pets Remembered made sure that they will have Neo from the lab. It's not easy to say goodbye to him, but Gini was always there for us. If you are looking for a pet cremation place, this is the one. Talk to Gini, she will be there for you. Thank you so much, the Pets Remembered!

I have been an avid user of VCA animal hospitals for as long as I had my pup. He is an XL and…read moreWeimaraner mix so as a result, he has a pitty face, but is also larger than the average pitty. As a result, a lot of vets won't take him due to not having insurance coverage for his breed or they're just not comfortable servicing him VCA was the one animal hospital that I was able to use that made my dog and me comfortable and feel safe. Originally discovered VCA in California. My dog is a rescue and was previously in dogfights before I owned him. VC was always very accommodating to this in California and made sure that all his wives were comfortable, and quick. When I moved to Minnesota, expected to have the same experience as it's the same brand and I figured they could transfer my information. This was not the case when I went in for my appointment. They emailed me the wrong appointment time so I had to call and reconfirm the appointment time that was scheduled. There was something in their system. Then when I went in for my exam, the vet assistant came out , and essentially tried to upsell me, which was not my experience at previous VCA hospitals that I was only looking to do vaccines and the exam the vet came in and essentially repeated everything she said after I had already told them I was not interested that his Bordetella be given to him and a shot form not through the nose they said they would try through the nose first, and then they would do the shot, but I told them he probably wouldn't do well with his face being touched as he is a rescue and was previously in dog fights. What I said was Was completely disregarded and he was given the vaccine through his nose. Overall I would never go here again and recommend you don't take your pet here
