This is an updated review, RETRACTING my stellar review of this company. We purchased a couch from them in October 2022. It had to be reupholstered in March 2023. Since the issue kept occurring, they replaced the couch in July 2023. We thought what a great deal! I praised the company online as one should. Since we've moved out of state for my husband's job, there has been pilling on the fabric and the coils are damaging the cushions underneath. I tried to file a claim with the warranty WE PURCHASED, however customer service tells me my warranty is now VOID because we MOVED. Now I will need to spend another few thousand dollars on a new couch, despite having this set for only one year, and the previous one for the same. Lesson to everyone: don't buy cheap furniture! read more

Very disappointed to say that we were promised delivery of both purchased pieces today and only one showed up. Called the company who told me the table would be back in stock in two days. My husband went back to the store and spoke with the manager who told him it would be in stock in 1.5 weeks. It is upsetting that we were not informed of the back order after waiting 3 weeks. We did a return and received no push back which is appreciated however because we paid cash we are now waiting a week to get a company check for our money back. Outdated policy it seems. I loved my experience at Home Zone in Burleson, TX. They were friendly and very helpful! The manager Anthony West was so nice and accommodating. He made us hot chocolate while we waited on the credit application to be approved. After it was approved, Lindsey Vasquez went over all of the details regarding warranty, delivery & also pointing out the little neat things about the furniture. I wasn't pressured by anyone and wasn't followed all over the store, but they were right there with the answers to all my questions. I am disappointed in the experience I have had here. I bought a 3 piece set. Couch, over sized chair, and ottoman. The ottoman was on back order, but the set was so nice I went ahead and purchased it. When the ottoman was delivered more than 7 weeks later it arrived damaged. I called during their store hours and no one picked up. It was at least 1 1/2 hours before store closing according to their message. I tried back a few times. Finally I called again the following Monday. I was told I had to send pictures to an email, and so I did. I received a call who told me I would be contacted the following day to set up an appt for a repair. I never received one. I called back again and was told someone would be out in 2 weeks. This is poor customer service. I was not offered a refund or partial refund. I was expecting more from this company, but was met with mediocrity. read more

My son and I walked in the store excited to look for furniture for our new home. There were people standing in the middle of the store talking. We were not greeted once. We walked around the front of the store for 15 to 20 minutes and we were still not greeted. Two older women walked in and were greeted immediately as they came in. The gentleman even followed them around. That's when I left. This felt very discriminatory. They just lost out on my business. I'm sure they don't care. I called the store to tell them my experience.
