The layout of the room was ideal (especially the desk being in the center provided a hint of separation between the bed and the couch area, but just "lived"/worked really well). The staff at check in and when I needed to alter our reservations were all professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. And the staff member managing the breakfast area was incredibly thoughtful (cautioning me where she was mopping up a spill); breakfast was delicious (cheese omelets with crispy bacon and toast were my favorites, but the waffle station looked amazing, as well as the oatmeal, yogurt, array of cereal choices and juices and coffee station....for a self-serve breakfast, it was top notch!). We will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Burleson whenever we are in town again. Felt comfortable and safe here day and night!

The hallway and stairs have extra padding to reduce hallway noise. We didn't hear any doors opening or closing either. We saw teenagers in the lobby and saw some in the hallway so we expected to hear them but we didn't when the door was closed. That was really nice! The room was large and spacious. It was very clean. There was a sink, fridge, and microwave that have been kept very clean. The couch and chair were clean as well. When we used the blue light, we didn't see any old stains at all! There was plenty of space to store our items and the tables and bathroom was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. We will keep this hotel in mind for future visits.

This hotel has incredibly shady business practices. I made a reservation in December for one night…read morein June as we are seeing a concert in town. The reservation was secured with ING credit card. On March 24, 2026, I randomly receive an email that my reservation has been canceled. I contact the hotel within minutes of receiving the email and after waiting on hold, the agents "colleagues" indicate that the deposit did not go through. The credit card asserts that it was never charged. I never received any communication about there being any issue or to resolve any problem. What is no surprise to anyone, the hotel could not reinstate the reservation, even though the exact same room is still available. Why is this no surprise? Because the room prices have gone up 20% since I made the reservation. If this is how Holiday Inn treats veterans, I'll never use their properties again and I've made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. If you need security in your room reservations without predatory business practices, go somewhere else.

Upon check-in, we found out the indoor pool is NOT heated. Sorry ya'll, water was way too cold to swim in. Really disappointed. Their website should state it's not heated. Breakfast was a complete bust on all 3 days. Every apple, banana, and orange was either over ripe and bruised. All bread and bagels were stale and hard. They did have yogurt in a frig along w milk in pitchers. Butter was kept in frig instead of having it readily available for the bread and pancake stations. They did have bicquits and gravy. Gravy was at room temp and bisquits were okay. Sadly they had no extra toppings for their premade omelettes or scrambled eggs. I was like, "a where is the shredded cheese, salsa, and jalapeños"? This is Texas after all. We ended up walking over to Crackle Barrel and IHOP for breakfast. Day 2, we didn't have water for 8+ hours. Getting comped for this was just like going to the dentist and getting a tooth pulled w/o pain med. On site management became pissy when I asked for the comp. This is the cleanest hotel we haves stayed in for the past 3 years. Seriously, it was spotless everywhere. Hopefully, this hotel will do a better job of offering fresh food at their breakfast.

First of all, there were ROACHES EVERYWHERE, from the second we walked in *bam, bam, bam* roach, roach, roach, on the ceiling, on the walls, on the furniture. We were completely mortified. The only REMOTELY clean space was the bed, and even then we were scared of finding roaches in the sheets. Second of all, there was BROKEN GLASS in the nightstand! This was NOT accounted for during servicing. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS 0/10 NEVER COMING BACK.

Their setup is they have a window like…read moredrive thru where you have to tell them your info, they do not allow people immediately to go inside so you require to stay outside until they got your card then you will be asked to get in. We got our room, it was a superior king room. We were so tired and just want to relax, but as a habit we check everything from bed to toilet. The bed was a disaster, at first glance you will see that it was a good looking white then when you looked at it there's yellow stain from bed sheet to the pillow case. Then the towel in the toilet was a fighting color of white and stain. We went to the lobby and ask for new sheet but they offer a new room. The new room have a better sheet but the comforter have a small yellow stain and the refrigerator was not cleaned fully. And I would like to add the smell of the carpet in the hallway, I was glad that the room have a hard floor so it lessen the smell. It was a rough night that supposed to be just a rest it ends up with stress. We were supposed to stay for two nights but we left the day after our checked-in. Note that when you call to your (their) call center you do not have any option to get refund unless you talk to the lobbyist of the hotel. Internet was good - I think that's what I can just say good.

The accommodations were clean, amazing large rooms and comfy beds! Our a/c was fantastic and did a great job keeping the room cold, even in the heat of the day. The park offers so many fun activities that the kids never get bored! We always stay an extra day so that we can spend quality time with the kids and try to do as many of the activities as possible. This year they had two new attractions - the snowless snowboarding and I can't remember the name of the other one, but they were awesome! They also have employees who specialize in helping organize large groups with their accommodations. We have had the same person helping our family for going on 5 years now. Her name is Darla and she is our "hero" when it comes to Jellystone! Honestly, she is the reason we always vote to come back year after year. At the previous place that we held our reunion for over 15 years, they sold and we became just a number to them. Darla has treated us as family from day one. Always so thorough and pays such close attention to details. Jellystone sure has a secret gem with her! We will be back in 2027 for another memory making weekend! Thanks Jellystone!

This used to be one of our favorite places to visit for a close to home stay. This last visit was…read morethe absolute worst! My family has stayed at Jellystone many times over the years. The park and its hospitality is a fraction of what it used to be. 1. They are NOT maintaining facilities like the used to. The bed in the newer grain bin 561 was hard as a rock. I emailed them at 3am and asked someone to call first thing in the morning that didn't happen. When I went down to the office the Assistant Manager informed me of how busy she was. I told her we lived locally and wanted to check out early as the accommodations were not as they have been in the past. She said she could not refund or partial refund so a manager needed to call me. I gave her my number and the manager still called my husband who was not with us and did not get back to me in the timeline discussed. The manager said this was my fault because I didn't work with them. Ma'am, I waited hours for your team to contact me and be proactive they didn't. I don't work for you. The manager also mentioned that she had not received other reviews about uncomfortable beds. There is literally one on Google from last week that they responded to. She also told me they don't do refunds but she would offer me a $350 credit despite all the issues reported. $350 on $1000 waisted! Despite setting the ac to 66 the room never got cold. I would say 72 at best that's being generous I'm usually cold at 71. It was never cold. Even sleeping with the sheet felt hot. We paid $1000 and change for 2 nights, one of which we did not stay due to the poor facilities and service. 2. They now require your photo id AND a picture of you. I just handed you my government issued photo id I'm declining an additional photo. She said well we have to make sure it's you. In other words we are taking your photo comparing it to your id with a software or ai of some sort. That is the capturing and storing of my personal biometric data. No. The lady insisted it was their policy. I said well you will need to check me in or refund me. 3. We were there with family who rented 3 cabins, all the cabins and the silo smelled weird. Driving around cabins had holes in them. It was just an eyesore to look at. 4. Most of the activities that used to be available first thing were not available until 10 or after. Kids are there on vacation, they are not sleeping in, they want to have fun. Used to you could wake up and go to the activities barn. No it's closed until 10. No mini golf until 10. Pool 10. Water park 11. The times for most things being open are not well posted. This is new, it's not always been this way and should be better communicated. There was a serious lack of communication and planning on the park's end. The jump pillow is no longer covered. So it's useable for a couple hours in the morning and evening. It looks like y'all poured your money into the new attractions and didn't maintain facilities or the staff to keep areas open for there to be a variety of things to do. They finally refunded me $450.
