Had a horrible experience with AM FUNDING which was changing names to Village Capital & Investment,…read moreLLC. Was told refinance & equity would take 10-14 days. 5 weeks out still no resolution. Was quoted $21,000 for Closing Costs then sent another proposed Closing Statement for $26,000 for Closing Costs a week later. The Lender and his Manager were very unprofessional. The lender sent me several messages with regards to other Applicants personal information which was extremely unprofessional and was told about others "race" which again was extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company.
