We are completely thrilled with the job they did. From the outset Brian Alford, Field Supervisor & Claims Specialist was exceptional. He was efficient, available and respectful. He handled the insurance claim processing in a professional and timely manner. He answered all questions and issues over the phone and would often show up in person as well. Whenever we called the office with scheduling questions Carlie was gracious and excellent at communication and coordination. The company owner, Tyler McIntosh, stopped by multiple times to supervise the job and answer any questions with courtesy, respectfulness and professionalism. As for the work crews, we can't begin to say how impressed we were. The roofing portion took two days of hard labor, working continuously in non-ideal weather. The barn work was completed in one day, with Rambo and his crew working diligently. The gutter work was completed in one day with Julio and his crew working late into the evening. Everyone did a professional job, were courteous, respectful, and cleaned up everything at job completion. Despite the unpredictable Kentucky winter weather, the work was completed in a timely manner. Super surprised at that and super impressed! He inspected our roof and patched a small leak we knew had just appeared and informed us we were definitely in need of a new roof. We were able to see pictures he had taken of the roof and were surprised it had held up this long. We needed to wait to have a new roof put on as our cabin rental season was approaching and had no available repair dates. June rolled around and we knew we had to schedule the new roof install as the patch that Cade had placed was failing after a severe thunderstorm. I was in a bit of a panic thinking our time line was short for the install and not knowing if Cade could fit us in. After connecting with him by phone we settled on a date and a 2 day install.
