Make long story short: Order moving service for 3/26/23,…read morereceived estimated invoice and paid deposit $25. After conversation with "Elainea Cruz President / CEO" I decided to cancel service on 03/17/23. I received my deposit $25 via money order from Western Union. I tried to cash this money order several times and had to go to Western Union branch. Clerk in WU made me aware they will charge $4 for cash this check, ok, I agree. But the clerk was not able to made transaction, it was denied. Well... then I sent e-mail to Elainea with question how can I return my deposit? I sent it 4/17/23, no answer. Today I accidently to find this company advertising on Facebook and I ask the same question "How can I return my deposit?". So, I got answer on my email right away! Below is a copy of GitrDone Moving answer (I removed only private information from their statement): "Please be advised that Deposits are non-refundable but your $25 was authorized to be refunded by the OWNER. ........ If you would like a replacement money order, you must return the money order to the address listed on the bottom of this email. ........ Due to company liability policies, Git'R Done Moving LLC does not print or issue company checks for deposits paid. Additionally... NOTICE: Please be advised that any further slanderous or defamatory statements made towards our company online, publicly or privately stated statements will result in further action. You were placed on the "DO NOT SERVICE LIST". Your deposit has been returned to you. Our company has a NO TOLERANCE policy for discrimination or slander from our clients. This will be our last contact with you. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Best Regards, Office Admin" Should I be aware and look for protection by contacting police department?

DO NOT TRUST YOUR FURNITURE WITH "My 3 Sons Moving" Not only might it be damaged from mishandling,…read morebut they will NOT make it right. I will have to say that was one of the roughest moves ever. Wildcat did our last move, brought two trucks and not one item was broken or scuffed. They wrapped everything in blankets before even moving it through the house. My 3 Sons guys were speedy but did not take any care to any of our furniture. The lift gate on their trucks is very very ribbed and rough (as it should be anti-skid), yet instead of using dollies they would push everything out to and across it, grinding and ripping away at anything going across it. The bottom left rear leg, and corresponding molding was ripped from our wardrobe, the legs of my cabinet were bent and one ripped off. It was a heavy-duty reinforced steel cabinet. Our 3-month-old couch was man handled vs using team work then slammed down on the power adapters and pushed across the floor of the truck with no blankets. (have video) My cherry TV tray tables were set precariously on the lift and then knocked off to slam into a toy cabinet of my daughters. I am extremely unhappy And the company's contact Mitch Boggs is blowing me off and offering $60 per a damages policy that was never sent to me for review, and I certainly didn't sign. The policy to me would be void anyway as this is not just normal moving damages but GROSS NEGLIGENCE and mishandling. When bottoms start ripping off multiple things you'd think they'd stop and think. I pressed them to use their dollies. I didn't find till later a lamp had Its bottom popped off too. We don't buy the finest of furniture but apples to apples I'd say we are out over $300 to replace the wardrobe, $50-100 for the lamp, the TV trays that were knocked off the truck are scarred and they no long snap into place. One lateral filing cabinet they refused to use a dolly and kept dropping it down onto the concrete. I now have lots of legs of most of the furniture to sand and hopefully match the stain. Power cables to find as items I didn't plan to go were unplugged without me present in the room and some I still haven't matched up yet. And we just got the sectional, and it is scarred and has picks and stitching ripped on it to replace back as it was would be several thousand, as instead of team carrying much of it was man handled in a ripping and dropping fashion. I am currently seeking an attorney that will take this issue forward as it appears they are known for this. I wish I had seen some of these other reviews first.

I don't always leave reviews on Yelp or other sites, but I felt like it had to be done. On some…read morewebsites, their reviews noted how they scheduled appointments but never showed up. The owner responded to several of those with excuses about computer issues or whatnot. I figured those were isolated incidents. My first clue something was wrong with this company should have been when I called and called and called trying to reach them. I left several voicemails but did not receive a call back. It took more than twenty times (over three days) to contact about an upcoming move. When I finally got in touch with someone, he was pretty friendly. He moved things around to get me in on short notice. I told him I needed it done by Wednesday at the latest (this was on a Sunday). He got me in. No problem he said. He told me the guys would meet me at 9am at the storage unit. I tried calling SIX times the night before to just confirm it. No answer. Trying to have some faith, I got up the next morning and went to wait for them just in case they showed up. While I waited, I called more than 10 times. No answer. I left voice mail after voice mail. Nothing. I waited for over an hour and realized they definitely were not coming. I finally had to just rent a UHaul and move a three bedroom home by myself. I had no other choice. I have no idea how these people run a business when they fail to do even something as simple as check voicemail. It's bad enough to ignore potential business. But when you have CURRENT customers who are trying to reach you, it's probably important to contact them and see what is going on. What really irritated me was that the guy called me at around 5 that same day and tried to pretend like he had originally scheduled it for Thursday rather than Wednesday. I reminded him how I said I needed it no later than Wednesday. My wife was with me when I called and she had written down Wednesday. The truth is they just messed up and then tried to make me think the mistake was MINE. Terrible company. Ridiculous business model. Whatever you do, please pay attention to all the negative reviews on ALL of the sites. Note how several people have been stood up or ghosted after setting up a move with these people. Save yourself massive headaches and just go with ANYONE else. Seriously.

The movers, Larry and William, quickly and carefully moved everything into our apartment and even made sure everything was in the correct room. More than that they were so funny I would have to say they were the highlight of our move! I'm so glad we called. Capitol City Movers will be our first choice next time we need to move.
