They over-trained my dog so that she's afraid to go out in the yard because of the shock. Then, last week when she finally came around the side of the house, she went right through the fence with her stubborn dog collar intact. Did not return to the house like they said she would, she kept going. I called, again, for a refund since this is the second time she broke through, and I was told that one owner had to consult with the other owner and they'd get right back to me. That was three days ago. I wasted nearly $1500 on this unprofessional company and wouldn't recommend anyone else do the same.
