Let's start with the positives. Late hours make it convenient for last minute holiday shoppers. Huge store with lots of inventory. Now onto the negative experience. Was interested in buying an accent chair but didn't know how that would work with putting it on hold and getting in line, especially with the lines extra busy at that particular moment. Asked a nearby worker stocking shelves for help. She let out a sign of frustration and slammed her fragile-sounding glass items down. I told her I don't mind asking someone else, practically begging her to please not help me anymore. She huffed and puffed toward the area my item was in and exasperatedly asked "well, which one is it?!" She proceeded to aggressively, loudly and recklessly drag the chair down the walkway, bumping into other furniture on the way towards the registers. We offered to help her lift up the chair and it angered her more. My boyfriend couldn't take her attitude anymore and picked it up completely and carried it so that it would not get further damaged by her. We later returned to purchase the item and the reason why my rating is not a 1-star is because we were helped by two very kind ladies, Patricia and Veronica, who really helped turn the day around for us. I didn't feel it necessary to bring up the earlier encounter with them and was just grateful they treated us with kindness. The holiday season can be stressful for many people, especially in retail, but from all walks of life and they exemplified what good customer service should be. read more

Despite the fact that this is one of the best Homegoods & T J Maxx combo stores in Las Vegas because the rafters are always packed full of goodies, the lines to get check out are insanely long and Management continues to under staff the registers. Today, there was a very long line and I waited 16 minutes because there were only 3 registers open. This has happened to me three times and therefore I will not be returning to this location. Always the absolute worse experience here, especially dealing with the older lady in charge of beauty. EVERYTIME I come here, I will open to see if a product has been used before I purchase it. I will not purchase anything that has been used. Tjmaxx has a common occurrence of having their products used and messy. This older lady comes up to me all the time I'm shopping, tells me to keep products shut, to not open them, etc. in a very bossy manner. I open stuff to make sure other people haven't used it!!! It's so annoying having to tell her on multiple occasions that I don't open product, I simply inspect it. When I told her this, she calls me "good girl" and it's weird as heck. Ok Store inventory. Customer Service at it's worst not welcoming, very mediocre at helping customer's. Checking out 30 minutes and store ventilation not great. Older women lost her phone kindly asked for help no one even bother to Paige , help her look in the carts where she said she might had left it. They just took her number and that's it i let her borrow my phone Incase she could hear it unfortunately she didn't. Team members Very unhelpful. Great store. So much to check out. The Halloween merch is fun and they have the best snack bags to try out.

I really like this store a lot I have gotten nice quality thing's I was looking for the selection was huge and the service wasn't bad either I will stop by again you never know what you might find or dont need the only down fall is the basket are to big for the aisles or if they take some of the stuff out of the way they really do need to clear the aisles. You have to step aside so another person can pass the two items I found where of good Value so I dont have an issue with that just the troublesome trying not to irritate anyone. read more

Outside the store on 7/10 a woman and her thousand years old mother got in line directly behind me, one foot away. Zero space. I asked them to back away from me and the woman started yelling. Store staff did nothing....except have their Loss Prevention guy (who made me uncomfortable pre-corona) follow me around the store. Terrible job on the part of staff. Complete fail at protecting their business from abusive aggressive guests. Won't be shopping here again. read more

The HomeGoods Store on Sahara Blvd. might be the ultimate "brick-a-brak" store. There is generally plenty of merchandise to browse the aisles for deals on furniture, kitchen supplies of all kinds, pictures, wall hangings, lighting, bedroom items, and even specialty food items. Thie prices here are even competitive with online pricing on occasion. I know my wife never passes up a chance to come here and peruse the aisles [one at a time] while I find myself in a comfy chair and fall asleep until someone from the store wakes me up. I imagine if I search the net long enough, there will be a few pictures of me tilted over in a chair in this or another HomeGoods Store. But that's okay; so long as my wife enjoys her shopping, I'm a happy, and well-rested, camper. Parking at this particular location can be a challenge, but you'll always find a spot. The parking lot is well lighted. The store follows COVID 19 regulations, and all employees wear masks. HomeGoods employees count customers in and out to regulate how many people are in the store at any given time. There is a sanitation station at the front of the store. The checkout line (shared by HomeGoods sister store, TJ Maxx) looks intimidating, but I assure you it moves fast because they always have enough checkout staff. read more

The lines at this HomeGoods location are almost always super long! Ridiculously long. I therefore don't always choose to come to this location. Especially if I just need one or two things quick. I'm not going to stand in line for 20-30 min for them. Yes, that is how long the line has been at certain times I've been there. :( management needs to fix this. read more

This place is honestly one of the most disrespectfully blatantly racist, judgemental department stores I've ever had the misfortune of attempting to shop with my family at in my entire life. Words can't come close to describing the extreme caliber of disrespect my fiance and I encountered while shopping around for a decorative items for our new condo. What was supposed to be a fun and exciting outing quickly turned into a down right tragedy to say the least. Not that it matters but I guess in this case it does so I'm going to elaborate in the hopes that no one else ever has to fall subject to the ignorance of both TJ Maxx and Home Goods staff. It's honestly sad when I take a step back to think about it but it's one of the sad realities of life. Anyways, before we pulled up to the store I told my fiance that I was going to come in after her because the last time we were shopping in the store their entire staff was following us... And even though we tried to ignore them it was hard to focus on shopping when you're being asked if you need help finding something, want to put something in the front or if you need another basket every 5 seconds. Being the kind spirited person that she is... She simply chuckled and said that won't happen again, so in an attempt to make her happy I went in even though I knew exactly what was going to happen. No more than ten minutes after being in the store... what do you know the good ole manager comes up and asks if we need an extra basket. Keep in mind we both had baskets.. If that wasn't insulting enough she must of told the entire staff to follow us around because every corner we turned around we were "detective style" followed by various members of the staff in their not so inconspicuous bright red aprons. If them following us wasn't enough we also were forced to answer their condescending questions ever couple of minutes and also were forced to hear them whisper about how we were stealing. Dear Home Goods, we love your store and love your products... However you've some how managed to hire the most ignorant racists, judgemental, condescending staff on the planet. You couldn't pay me to come back to your store and I'm going to make it my side project to spread the word as far as possible in the hopes that no one else will fall victim to the racism that comes with shopping at your store. I'm not one to brag or throw out titles but I truly believe the fact that I own one of the top ranked digital marketing agencies in the state of Nevada is going to assist in spreading a much needed message about your corporation. Thank you very much for the experience as I will wipe the tears off my fiance's eyes off when we get in the car and make sure she remembers to hold her head up high. I really like this homegoods a lot and come here pretty frequently. I've bought many dishes, pet supplies, blankets and other off things. They have great inventory and are pretty good and trying to keep it neat and clean. Every time I do come here, which is of course on a Saturday, the line tends to be so long. It's consistently long. I waited in this long line and watched some associates just stand there talking about how long the line was. Again, everyone was nice, and the inventory was nice, but one time I waited 20 minutes in line. Don't come here in a rush because you won't be able to get in and out if you know what you're looking for. Each time I come in here, I just prepare myself for the worst and I seem to be ok. read more

Poor customer service. I absolutely love Homegoods and I usually have great finds and great friendly service when visiting a Homegoods store. Unfortunately this particular home goods has horrible customer service. I just returned 2 Christmas items and I informed the clerk that if it was on sale I would be interested in repurchasing. The clerk told me that they had to RE tag the item first. I noticed a blonde haired woman with black framed glasses in her early to mid 50's tag the items after I finished paying. I then stopped at register #8 and asked if I could purchase the items the clerk turned and asked the Stephanie who was the woman who tagged the items if she could give them to me. Stephanie replied "they are sold" I asked the clerk if I heard Stephanie correctly and she said yes she said they have been sold. I was taken back by lack of integrity of Stephanie as I just returned the items and watched her set them aside. This is horrible service and deters customers from wanting to come back. I would have much rather heard a truthful response than a lying store assistant whom it is safe to assume has set the items aside for herself. I'm super disappointed and thankfully I have my recite with the date and time of the visit so when I contact corporate they can properly identify the associate and train her with more integrity class and a truthful honest approach to communicate and assist clients read more

Love the goods they are selling but there is no justification for their bad customer service !!! They is no efforts made in that direction since the first day the store opened! The lines are terrible! Some of the employees rude, and treat you like you should be happy to be able to shop in this store!! Like they are doing you a favor! A good variety of items for your home from decor to kitchenware and furniture. Prices are reasonable and there are often a good number of discounted items as well. This location is a TJ Maxx-Home Goods combination so you'll find some clothes as well although the selection isn't as great as a regular free standing TJ Maxx. It is almost always busy on the weekends so be prepared for long checkout lines although they do move relatively quickly. read more

Dear Governor Sisolak, Please ask Home Goods to contribute to the betterment of our Las Vegas community by not just lining their pockets with our money, but by also hiring more staff during these difficult and busy holiday times. They have a line inside for check out about 40 people deep. No joke. It goes all the way past the carpets and back over to pillows. There are only 4 people at registers and 40 people waiting to pay. And yet, no social distancing outside or inside. Speed these lines up with employees ringing customers and you will get money, and happy customers!!! Even though I'm not a snacker, if it says olive oil, chia, flax, dates, pretzel perfection, ancient grains, garbanzo, porcini, truffle something or other, I'm a goner. The more obscure the food, usually the tastier & better & even possibly healthier for you. Not that I've done a double blind scientific study yet but with the interesting eating finds here, I feel pretty good. If you didn't know homegoods had foodstuffs, check it out. I love HomeGoods and TJ Maxx. The prices are great and they have sooo many wonderful things in the store. BUT regardless of how many employees are working at one time they only had TWO registers open regardless of how LONG the line was. The line went from the registers to the other end of the store it was ridiculous and NONE of the employees cared to open more registers to help customers get in and out. I wasted my time grabbing things I didn't even get to buy because of the line when I could've been doing something else. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. Um.... Hi, my name is ____ and Im a HomeGoods addict. Can I just say, this place is like Disneyland but for housewives! I mean, Im not a housewife (yet) but it definitely gets you in the vibe... to decorate your future dream house. Such cute stuff and reasonable prices. The best place to satisfy your decorating impulses. They have a nice selection of crystals for totally fair prices (cheaper than going to an actual hippie crystal store). Their pet selection has more variety than Petsmart or Petco itself. Low key, I like shopping for honey and tea here, and have discovered some of my favorites (that I have yet to find again since the brands are always changing). For the size, it's impressive how much stuff they can fit on a shelf. And don't get me started on the candles! I've found candles that are nearly comparable to Voluspa, for half the price. I've shopped at this this location for about 2 years now. It used to be pretty good. Now, this HomeGoods is usually a mess, lacks good merchandise and the floor staff are really rude. I do love this store, since it is both a TJ Maxx and Home Goods store, I usually do buy something from this store on just about every visit we make. I am always searching for a good deal and it's easy to find it here. On our last trip, I had two gift cards (one for Christmas, one that I forgot about- yeah, how did that happen?!) to spend and I had a remaining balance. Here's what we got: a box of Starbucks k-cups, a new warm jacket for our female dog @ $12.99, the chicken bone broth I love @ $12.99 (often, you find something here in the food department, and then it's really hard to find it after you've finished it!), two pairs of Smart Wool merino wool socks @ $5.99 each, dark grey Jantzen open wrap cardigan @ $16.99 (I've been searching for non-bulky layers for Winter). Since it is holiday season time, the line for checkout is long, but going in, you expect that, you can tell from the parking lot. It is a good thing, that there are cashiers at every register, so the line tends to go more quickly than you think. (In the fall, we found so many new items for our new place- you can find some unique items in the seasonal aisles!) I also looked at all the Cuddl Duds (another thing I've been checking out at every store, Kohls, Wal-mart, Target, Ross, other TJ's, Amazon)- I'm looking for Soft Knit, in particular. The furniture is great to look at, but nowadays, we need slim fit items. I also like the following sections: beauty, luggage, handbags and accessories. Clean store. The bathrooms are always in order. My only criticism, is that it is hard to go down the aisles with the regular cart (not that wide, but for those stuffed aisles, it's a challenge, and I don't want to break anything, either). read more
