I'm out of town...it's not convenient to take a day to go back in and drop it off and go back in to pick up. So after trimming the carpet to the shape I needed in the hardware parking lot I shoot over to these guys and they got it done while I ran to the store. I purchased a…read moreloveseat and recliner on a Saturday afternoon and was instructed to call the finance company to let them know what kind of contract I signed on the following Monday...The woman on the phone lets me know the amount of the biweekly payment I'll be making, plus something called CASH PLUS was added for another $100, biweekly! On the finance company web page, I was told I could view, understand and keep track of my payments. What's on that site is not the same amount that they're taking out of my checking account. Sketchy as hell...! But the representative made sure to let me know that I had damn near another $5k to utilize. I'll BE DAMNED IF DO!!!

The owners of the store are the sweetest and have been super helpful throughout the process of my purchase. I decided to go with a white cloud couch dupe. I've been without a couch for some months now because I'm very picky and didn't want to settle but I'm glad I decided to purchase from here and they were able to accommodate me with same day delivery! All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. I love looking at all the new to me foods and wines, but as everybody probably well knows they have gifts, skin care, women's clothes, home decor, cards, art supplies, kitchen ware and more. I was able to stack coupons and get a free advent calendar with my purchase. Ample, free parking. Be careful of transients jaywalking. Wish I got to shop at this chain more often.
