This World Market is located in a large plaza on Blue Diamond Road in Las Vegas, Nevada. The store was well stocked with my daughters and I shopped here on November 23, 2025. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. I love looking at all the new to me foods and wines, but as everybody probably well knows they have gifts, skin care, women's clothes, home decor, cards, art supplies, kitchen ware and more. I was able to stack coupons and get a free advent calendar with my purchase. Ample, free parking. Be careful of transients jaywalking. Wish I got to shop at this chain more often. read more

I grew up knowing this place as Cost Plus World Market where they had a candy section where you can buy gummy bears from Germany by the pound. That was in Hollywood, CA many years ago. Fast forward almost 50 years later and I still frequent this store for unique furniture, decor and snacks. I love being greeted right away when I walk in and I love how everytime I come in, im always in awe with all the nick knacks and goodies. On my most recent trip, I found something that I didn't know I needed until I saw and fell in love with the price tag. I found a gorgeous daybed! And it was on SALE!!! The store wasn't busy at 10:15am on a Saturday morning, likely because they literally just opened. Food and Wine: Didn't care for the wine section, just here for the food! It felt like the international section of a grocery store as most of the items were rare. They also have cute little bottles of jams and jellies, which are great for gift baskets. I've been a client of World Market for close to 20 years I have purchased furniture, which is all good quality - I love that they offer unique hard to get foods from around the world Decent Wines & Coffee (under World Market name) + international brands that aren't at all the local grocery stores World Market offer creative Artwork - pillow, dishes, kitchen ware - all super cool stuff It's a little expensive but with their discounts it's not too bad. I've always had a great experience shopping with them since 2007 When I went to this location with a coupon that said in-store pick up I showed the checker /cashier the coupon and he told me well that's something you have to do online and then pick it up in the store. I explained to him that when ordering the bowls online, which was my first intention, they did not have the size of the bowl just a picture of the bowl. Nothing in reference to the capacity, so I figured I would drive to the store to purchase the items in person, only to be told the coupon is not accepted (Seams odd that not matter how I set up the order online/in person I still need to go to the store - but the coupon is only good for in store pick up)? Well with all that I then said that I can put in my customer ph# to see if there are any other discounts In addition, I put in our customer phone number that is registered to our account again for almost 20 years now and I asked that can be applied. Note:I did have the coupon from my wife's email The cashier then told me that I'd have to log into the account The account is my wife's account so I didn't have to have the login information and she was working so I couldn't call her and disrupt her. I find that the customer service was pretty horrible. I ended up paying without any discount / or even a sorry. This place is so fun! A literal adventure every time I visit this spot. They have the most unique items from snacks, food, drinks, candies , etc. Upon coming in, you'll see this place is jam-packed from furniture, house, decor, and random Knick knacks. Honestly it's so fun looking around because it gives me so much inspiration on how I'd like to decorate or revamp my own home if I ever need to. Their prices aren't exactly cheap so beware but their items seem to be very high quality and also unique and not the typical mass produces items you'll see at Walmart. I personally enjoy looking through their snacks section because you'll find foods, candies, snacks from all over the world here. They definitely live up for to their store name.. their selection is insane and it's such a fun experience going through their items because it's different each time you visit. The staff are also nice and helpful and I also like that they have a restroom available for guests. Also, when I came in today at the front of the store upon entry it looks like they have complimentary Cafe Du Monde coffee? I absolutely love Cost Plus! Especially when they have the golden gnome, golden llama or any of their other awesome giveaway games. Cost Plus is one of my go to places for New York seltzers. Pantone, turron, moose munch and super cute bakeware. My friend swears by the olive oil that cost Plus sells. I've never tried it but I did purchase the Truffle olive oil last year. I love that they usually have coffee up t front. Today was no bueno because I really wanted a cup while I searched for my golden gnome this morning and they didn't prepare it. :-( not only did I not find a golden gnome but I also didn't get the coffee that I was craving. There's a pretty good variety of items, ranging from home decor, holiday, furniture, and food items. I always thought World Market was more of a food place, so upon entering I thought I was in the wrong store since the first things I saw was home decor. Food items were more in the middle and back. This location seemed less like a market and more like a home goods type shop with specialty food/snack items. Everything was well displayed and there was even a "Find the Elf" promotion going on. I have been coming to this World Market location for years. The store is always well organized with friendly staff if you need anything. They have everything from home decor, furniture, light fixtures, kitchenware, packaged food products (some hard to find items), and more. If you are a member (receive text coupons or just through the website), there are often coupons and deals. It was an ok place. Went here before my Vacation to do some Christmas shopping and found a few things but expected to find much more. They had no jigsaw Puzzles over 50 Pieces, was looking for 1000+ They had candles but all brands I have never heard of and didn't want to take a chance for those prices ($20+) They had a few snacks which was great. Was hoping for some outdoor or fake plants--didn't see much for that. Lots of housewares for people who love boho hipster vibes. Convenient parking too. I like how they have portable pizza ovens and accessories! They also have Limoncello tarts (I posted a pic of them) which are perfect for your friends who never travel, but they want you to bring something back for them from your trip to the Amalfi Coast, not realizing how much of a pain in the ass it is to bring back gifts like this in your luggage. Just buy em at World Market then tell them a story about the awesome limoncello tarts that they sold on the roadside going to Positano. Stopped in here to look for something specific. Didn't find it but instead found these awesome shorter oven mits! They are fantastic, great price about $5 bucks and a color that I vibe with. There are a lot of things in here, a lot of snacks, teas, wine, candy and the like from around the world, Asia and Hawai'i brands included! They also have gorgeous furniture, decor, some interesting books, notebooks, bath and body, some clothing items, scarves, beanies, holiday decor and a lot of other things you have to see for yourself. The service was great, the cashier that helped us was so amazing. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. The selection of products is great but the customer service is terrible. I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes. One cashier was occupied with an issue witha customer and another customer in line in front of me. Another worker comes by and handles the second register. After slowly checking out the guest in front of me he then tells me to hold on for a second after walking up to check out. And starts looking through stuff at register one and gets on the phone. No sense of urgency and no apology or thank you for being patient. The people behind me were equally as annoyed. Horrible customer service. It should not take this long to check out. I happen to stop in on Friday morning, not realizing that people had gathered out front of the store before opening, because they were in search of a golden gnomes. Upon entering, I was given directions and shown a poster about what I was looking for however, I was slightly paying attention. I was more interested in seeing if I could find some Sriracha instead. After being in the store for 15 minutes and seeing how many people were looking for the gnome. I decided to start looking. I was in that store for an hour and a half only expecting to run in and run out. I ended up finding one of the gnomes and received a $20 off coupon had to be use the same day. There was a guy that was in the area close to where I found my gnome and he congratulating me and asked me what I had been looking for and I told him I was on the hunt for Sriracha but didn't see any in the back. He said oh, we have some up here and he had exactly what I wanted. Jennie had seen me looking around and she asked me if I had been set up for the rewards program to receive text messages. I told her I thought that I had my number in the system but I have not been receiving messages. She spent some time with me taking my iPhone and getting me all set up letting me know that I would receive discounts and then I would also receive a free advent calendar. She was so nice and she even walked me up to the register because my phone had had a hard time loading the coupons in the store, she assured me that she would help me get the coupon whether or not my phone was loading. I can't say enough about Jenny. She was so nice and I could tell that she really liked being there. if it wasn't for Jenny, I would not have given my phone number to receive the discounts if it wasn't for her. Absolutely in love with this store!!! If you're just browsing you may come out with a thing or two..maybe more than you intend. Upon entering, they provide a small hand basket for shopping (only for people who spend one item or two--spends 20 mins), a basket with a handle and wheels (maybe to carry a couple more things than you intended) , and a cart to carry the bigger items (you're definitely looking through each aisle in that store and leaving with 12 things or more). The whole store is filled with unique products from around the world--each aisle deserves to be seen. The store is very clean, diverse, and vibrant. They got everything in good quality, price appropriate from patio furniture, dining tables, chairs/ couches, pillows, clothing, blankets, kitchen gadgets/utensils, cute knick knacks, unique cards, home decor, alcohol/ beverages, awesome variety of food options from different countries and etc. The quality of every item is impeccable and appropriate of value, so I would definitely say that you are paying well for what you get. On top of quality, the customer service and employees are helpful and pleasant. I am writing this as I'm walking out of world market. I felt very uncomfortable after two workers asked me did I find everything OK. It's been a year or more since coming to this or any other World Market [Cost Plus] store. The store on Blue Diamond looks the same, but there's less general merchandise than before the pandemic. The one type of inventory that there appears to be an abundance of is furniture. More furniture makes sense since it's a higher margin item than the small chachka's you usually find in a World Market and is probably more helpful to their bottom line as I'm sure this chain of stores was hit hard by the pandemic over the past year. I like this store. There are lots of unusual things to see from other countries. Some I even recognize from my business travel overseas. Today, I found a few items (from my childhood) that I remembered from years ago. One was Granny Goose potato chips that I thought was out of business long ago. I imagine someone bought the "label" or brand name and started to market Granny Goose products again. In this store, you can find many unusual items from around the world, including clothing, which they seem to stock more and more. The food section is my favorite, as well as the wine section. Here you'll find silly things like Slap Ya Mama, Assam, and Dirty Dick's hot sauces. You'll also find many Asian products that my wife likes since she's from Korea, South Korea, not North Korea. All-in-all, I enjoy browsing the World Market's aisles for new and unique items from around the world. Prices here within reason, but most of the food items are imported and a little pricey. Gourmet foods, bedding, furniture, linens, art, alcohol, hodge podge, and of course stuff you really don't need, but you know your friends don't have. First time at world market, was loving everything. They have a lot of cool things so much verity, but something weird happened with one of the associates that I think in my opinion was uncalled for or maybe just a coincidence, my husband was looking at some hello kitty products they looked like one of those mystery boxes that you don't know what type of plushie you'll get until you open it. He was looking at it to see what it was as we have a hello kitty fan at home. Anyways he set the items down as it had like 6 of them in the box it was holding them. We took a few steps away to look at other things and there was an association who rushed to the box of hello kitty items that my husband was looking at and it seemed like she checked them to make sure there where all there or closed like if he would've opened them. Was very disappointed with my recent visit. I had a few items on my shopping list, one of which was double-walled espresso cups, two for $9.99. According to their website, they had them in stock at this location, so I immediately got in my car and drove there. They did not have them in stock. I wanted a small trinket box and curtains. In the past, they would have had a nice selection of both. They had nothing. I checked both the Tableware section and the Coffee section for the espresso cups. I looked everywhere for an employee on the floor helping customers, which they used to have. Not now. Not a single employee on the floor helping customers! Not one! I did see an employee moving pillows so I yelled out to her for help but she was too far away to hear me. I asked the one and only cashier, who was halfway between us, to get her attention for me because I needed help. He refused. I was finally able to catch up to her. She used her device to determine that they did not have the double-walled espresso cups in stock. It was a wasted trip due to poor selection but what was most frustrating was trying to find someone to help me. World Market has really gone downhill. Thank goodness for Amazon. I came home and found double-walled espresso cups on-line and had a big selection from which to choose. Some people boycott Amazon because they've put so many stores out of business but there is a reason for that. Poor customer service has become the norm in brick and mortar stores. Frustrated customers turn to Amazon which has good prices, free shipping, a fair return policy AND delivers within a day or two. read more

A few months back I met someone who was a manager at a world market up in Washington and she told me all about it. The important part was that she knew all about wine and I was trying to get myself into wine because I'm technically an adult. Well, I headed to the one in Vegas that I drove by all the time but didn't know existed and ended up spending nearly an hour in the store and almost 200 bucks. No matter what department I went there was always someone there asking if I needed help and showing me things that I was looking for. I found so many cool things that I had only seen in my worldly travels and my favorite german beer which is really the only beer I've ever liked. I also found some great spices and Asian foods which I bought along with chips, a lot of wine, random kitchen knick knacks. There was a person there who helped me find the wine and then also told me about their rewards program which ended up giving me about 15% off total for my first purchase. They also gave me a free piece of chocolate just for being a world market member. This was really a cool fun experience I had a going back there for a couple other things and they have everything you need from food to household stuff to even some furniture kind of like a bed bath & beyond but much better.
