This is the number one HomeGoods in the Orlando area, however, it's not the closest and most convenient to my house. I just happened to be in the area and took advantage of a quick visit. It's an absolutely huge store offering a large amount of products from clothing, to home decor, to Halloween decor, as well as furniture and consumables.. Who else feels like a kid in the candy store when they shop at Home Goods? I'll raise my hand because I do! I love that this store is just 10 minutes from my house. I can come here when I need something for my home for those "expensive looking" items without breaking the bank. It's crazy that I don't come here often but when I do I can spend hours here just browsing and getting ideas to decorate my home. Love that you can find those accent or statement pieces at a fraction of the costs compared to major department stores. It can get a bit overwhelming looking through all the "Goods" but it's a great way to spend a weekend afternoon when you have some time to kill. I had a bit of time to kill while waiting to pick my son up at the airport, so I stopped at this particular HomeGoods. This particular Location of HomeGoods is just outside of Orlando International Airport. It is in a shopping plaza, so parking is not an issue. They have the usual collection of bric-a-brac that you have come to associate with these home and kitchen goods stores. I was able to grab a few items for Christmas gifts and again, it was a nice way to kill a bit of time while waiting for my son's plane to land. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular location of HomeGoods. read more

I really like this Homegoods. I thought for sure I'd reviewed it already. It's one of our favorite locations being a short drive down the 528 for us. It's currently stocked with some of the most beautiful Christmas decor and has a really great selection of furniture and rugs. I left today with an awesome ginormous painting that was a steal on clearance for $60. Also got some cute cat themed gift tags and Christmas cards. The plaza also has an Ulta, Michael's, Petco, and Ross among other things so it's a good place to visit for a variety of shopping needs. read more

This HomeGoods experience on the first weekend in June 2020 was lackluster at best. Typically, HomeGoods is filled with a wide variety of home/garden, kitchen stuff, "gourmet" food and other items for your home. It's like the back corner of TJ Maxx turned into a whole store. On this day, I found lots of empty shelves which I'm assuming is from depleted stock with a sudden surge of people buying spatulas, pans, and truffle popcorn to get through the hard times. I've been to this store on numerous occasions and have always found a plethora of items that I don't need, but had to have. There were signs placed throughout the store indicating they're doing some re-stocking and re-organizing. I hope it comes back because HomeGoods is the store when you need goods for your home. read more

This place is known for stealing your belongings by not giving you all the items in your bag at the register. I've had this happen five times now in two months. I've called and reported it to a manager there after the third time (because it couldn't have been a coincidence at that point), but unfortunately had it happen two more times since then. My sister and her two friends also just had it happen at this same location, so we firmly believe it's a monopoly of theft going on there between various coworkers. read more

I love the 'Goods!!!!! They have awesome merchandise and people. Some are friendly, some are family like. I can spend hours here and would leave with a full cart of nice goodies. Clean, orderly displays. This location can use more floor help. Isles a bit tight at least for the carts provided. One customer almost tripped me with her cart (didn't even say "sorry"). A bit wider isles may have avoided this. read more

I can't think of many things that equal the splendor of finding items that you know are very expensive yet for sale at a fraction of the cost, and I've had the pleasure of experiencing this several times at Home Goods. I've been to a few and this one is fully stocked, and service was friendly as well. I'm a big fan of Tulsi teas, not only do they taste great but I always feel relaxed after having a cup. I'm lucky if I find them on sale for 4.99, but I was able to find several boxes here for 2.99. I also picked up a carton of macadamia nut milk (it's delicious) that reaches an outrageous $6 at any health food store, found it here for half that price. Then I wandered over to the clearance section to find that the sulfate/paraben/cruelty free shampoo I normally purchase for 10.00 was on sale for 4.00. After doing several cartwheels down the aisle, I saw a section that had a bunch of stationary, including photo albums. It seems like nobody uses photo albums anymore, but I still enjoy printing out pics of my trips and making albums so I picked up one of them too. I'm still amazed that all the stuff I got was less than 20 bucks, this is why I love HomeGoods. I know they have a cheesy advertisement about it being a treasure hunters paradise; but it really is. read more

Part of the expansion and build up of the Lee Vista area, this shop is a recent open. It's now the closest location to us, considering the next nearest is by Milennia Mall. They have all the standard fair here, but seem to carry more pet supplies than I'm use to seeing on average. Surprisingly they had a fair amount of clearance here also. Considering they recently opened, I wasn't expecting much in the way of sale items. There furniture section was over crowded and I didn't go to far into that area as a result. The housewares are always a great place to find fun seasonal items at reasonable prices. Overall: A- Wishing they'd space out some of the furniture area to make it easier to shop, but overall glad to have a closer location! read more

Love this place!! I am going to add this place to my favorite places to go shopping. They have great iteams!! Great stuff and a variety of things and for great prices!!! I hot a great bed comforter with new bed sheet sets and pillows for a good price! Some things can be a bit expensive but if you go somewhere else I'm sure I wouldn't find anything else because it would be way over priced. I see it as this place isn't so cheap and it's definitely not too expensive. So if you have some money yo spend and need something, I definitely recommend going here first. Love homegoods. I go once a week at least I try to lol.. They get so many new things in daily and when u see it you need to grab it otherwise it will be gone. They have one of a kind items as well as items that you can find at a high end store for less. I like their food area and sauces they are significantly cheaper. Love their picture frames just be careful make sure you check it for scratches. They sell anything that you can think of for a home as well as kids items. It's a great place to stop by for a last minute gift as well as to decorate for seasons Highly recommend the staff is a hit or miss of how friendly they are, one guy manager in particular he is not customer service friendly. WOW! I am so glad we stopped in here. My wife and I had been independently thinking of getting a "Cat Condo" for our two cats; and, HomeGoods had an excellent model and a fantastic price. I also spied a toaster that interested me (great features and great price.) The three of us looked all through the store, founds lots of interesting items. We only bought one thing because there's only so much room in our car. But, this is a great place for browsing, shopping, and buying. Very glad we stopped in. read more

We thought we would never find another so we were super excited to find another. There was so much stuff to look at, definitely better than other HomeGoods in the area that I've been to. I truly enjoy going to this store, in fact I go once a week since it has opened. I'm currently remodeling my home and wanted to decor my home again. This store is truly amazing. Most likely you will find everything you need! They have, art work, mirrors, lamps, bedding, dog beds, dog toys, bath room essentials, vaces, dinnerware, candles, furniture and much more. Reason why I'm giving this store 3 stars is because, customer service, lack of organization and employees. Like I've mentioned I go to this store a lot so I think I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly at this store. As far as customer service goes, I barely see employees walking around the store to see if anyone needs help. I personally had to pick up a heavy mirror by myself. No help from any employee. The lady that checked me out told me to pick the heavy mirror to scan it because she didn't want to walk around to scan it. However there was one lady that saw me struggling to carry the mirror and helped me out. She was an employee. This store is not very organized, I've seen dog toys on furniture, clearance section a complete mess. Broken mirrors (hoping that I don't get bad luck) in reach of children. Items in this store are normally scattered everywhere. So for example if your looking for a vase, don't just look where all the glass wear is at. Look around the whole store. Employees can be rude and very unprofessional. I asked an employee when will there be a restock, because I was looking for a vase I had bought a few days prior and I really wanted another one. He simply walked right by me, didn't even stop and said I don't know and kept walking. Overall, I think the store is amazing. I mean who doesn't like homegoods? However this store does have its flaws. Employees should be walking around and asking anyone if they can help them with anything. They also should be more organized. This will help people actually find what they are looking for in one area of the store, verses looking around the whole store. read more

Brand new location - the store itself is very nice, neat and well stocked. However, I was completely and utterly frustrated with the employees. There were about a dozen employees there and they were all talking to eachother only in spanish. Very loudly. The manager also was talking to them in spanish. Now - I asked the clerk at the counter if they only spoke spanish and she said no - that they spoke english. Ok so you have a US based store that has a dozen employees only speaking in spanish - what do you think the customers will think? Well my rating should give you a clue. It is loud, rude and unprofessional to talk in Spanish to eachother. Hopefully this problem will be quickly resolved. read more
