One of the best selections of candles I have found in the valley they had a whole selection of Stanley water bottles and tumblers as well as yetis staff were friendly. Only two issues please wrap candles better or train, and please RQST your employees to not wear AirPods on the floor while customers are shopping not only did myself and another customer ask a young woman for directions in the store but the other customer had to literally touch YOUR STAFF to get her attention because she had noise cancellation AirPods in and couldn't hear. This begs to be a safety risk for customers and your staff as no customer should need to touch one of your employees to actually be helped (yes being mindful of ADA) as this employee had no hearing problem and her response was WHAT and took both headphones out to answer. read more

This is my absolute favorite Home Goods store! I think this is the largest one I've been to as well. As the name states, they offer home decor and merchandise like cookware, accent furniture, lamps, rugs, decorative accessories, pet items and even food. Just too much to list everything they carry. I can easily spend hours looking at everything in this store as it really is like a treasure hunt. As you walk in, you notice how bright and colorful everything is. Their prices are very reasonable and they have clearance sections throughout the entire store. Because their selection changes very often, you need to grab something if you like it as it won't be there long especially if it's on clearance. I especially enjoy perusing their gourmet food aisles. You'll find many unusual and cool items as boba tea mocha, specialty noodles, and all kinds of different spices and candy. I always get my ginger chews from this store and like trying different kinds of olive oils. This is a great place to find that perfect birthday present you're looking for and dog treats and toys. These stores are a reliable resource for holiday decor. Homegoods stores also have items for cats and dogs. This usually includes holiday pet items. This is one of the busier locations. If multiple people are in an area with carts, it can create a traffic jam. Due to the narrow aisles, it probably took twice as long to move about. Even with it being busy, they did still have a plethora of carts. Prices at this store are higher than another location I have shopped recently. read more

Mmm I'm not sure about this place. Shopped here recently and spent 45 minutes to buy Holiday gifs and someone took my cart away along with my own reusable shopping bag. Well, TJ Maxx's chain HomeGoods has finally come to Shea and 90th Street area. In fact, it's now just a few doors down from their other brand Marshall's. We've always like their HomeGoods brand, along with Marshall's. It's also now less of a schlep to come here than to drive over to Desert Ridge You can find a variety of odd food items such as imported EVOOs, sauces, pasta, and cake mixes and cookware. They also carry a good selection of home accessories and furniture. Prices aren't bargain basement, but fair relative to the normal retail markup found in department stores and the Malls. read more

I have an inquiry about a possible item that would be easy to find and should take no longer than 5 min. First time I called the store I was disconnected through their automated message. The second time I spoke to someone quickly and was being directed to someone to help me. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes. I hung up and called again and said, "Hello, I've been on hold for 30 min and am looking for help finding a piece of wall art." She's like okay what are you looking for? Which her first response should have been an apology and assist me quicker. I told her what I was looking for and she's like please hold. The line disconnects. I call back immediately and repeat myself and it was the same woman and I told her, "I think I was disconnected and I think I was speaking with you." She's says "yeah well that's why I put you on hold". And then she puts me on hold and it gets disconnected again. I'm over it at this point and will not be calling back again. No empathy was given and customer satisfaction was a complete failure on this woman's behalf. I've called 6 Homegoods Stores prior to this location and they all quickly delivered better service. There's so many goodies to discover in the clearance section. If only the lines weren't so long....this store gets busy even on the weekdays. We like to meander around stores like this to get ideas for home decor and better organization in general. I have found a lot of great ideas here, even for my kitties (toys and such). This particular location is always decently organized and it's easy to search through the aisles and find things. The furniture section is difficult to look through since you have to weave around multiple large pieces that seem to be haphazardly placed just to get them into the area. They have some nice pieces, and some that I think are too much money for the quality. The housewares and kitchen sections are probably my favorite areas. The kitchen supplies usually seem to be priced really well and they have tons of mix and match pieces to really customize what you want. The housewares has some great wall deco and lighting options. Overall: A- Some sections are a bit tight to get through and actually look at all the options, while others are really well laid out and have some great deals! Be ready to spend some time and look for steals! read more

Considering it's basically a merchandise liquidating store at it's core, it's fairly well-organized. Today's visit was like all others, in that lots of the clearance merchandise was damaged (I can't help myself - it's where I must go first!) and a bit scattered, but still a bit of organized chaos. The downside of this location is the staffing. There is always one lonely lady working the front. I always see her calling multiple times for cashier backup. Often, someone comes up and does the fake-out (sees the line, grabs something, makes an apparently important phone call, and leaves the checkout area with the humongous line growing). Happily, said lone checker is super sweet and apologetic, but I can't help but wonder why the apparent manager or other staff don't care about making patrons wait. Today it was so long I contemplated leaving my merch on the counter as I walked back to my car, purchase-less. read more

After visiting a Home Goods in IL, I knew I had to visit the one close to my home. This Home Goods is large and filled with many goodies. They have tons of dishes, cookware, and both kitchen supplies and décor. As an avid rooster collector, they had numerous roster items that I wanted to take home to fill my kitchen pot shelves with. I had to restrain myself, as I was on a mission to look at their furniture. (But first I had to wander through the garden section and other home décor.) The furniture section is on the small side, compared to the other departments. Unfortunately I didn't find what I had initially came for, but I did purchase some candles and tea. This is my all time favorite store! They have everything I need to add some style to my decor, I also like there collections of imported Olive Oils they not only taste good but look good in my kitchen. I also like the uniqueness of there merchandise and when I go back they have added new things . They have large verities of Pictures and frames I have bought many and they still remain on my walls and almost everything in my home I have bought from Home Goods . At Christmas time they sale my favorite childhood candies and there Christmas candles smell up my home with the aroma of cinnamon. I like how they also have items for your pets , everything from toys to special unique treats , dishes bowls for your pets . Check out Home Goods for ideas as well because every time I walk through there something jumps out to me and I do end up buying it lol it always works . A decent HomeGoods location in the Phoenix area but certainly not the best one. The cashiers tend to be more focused on their own personal conversations between one another than making sure that they're bagging your items with care and ringing up your purchase appropriately. Items in the clearance aisle are askew and sometimes cracked and broken with sharp edges exposed. HomeGoods locations near PV Mall and in Chandler are much neater with friendly staff. read more

This HomeGoods is the closest one to me in the Valley so whenever I'm looking for something new for my home I tend to gravitate here. It's very clean and the inventory is always great. The set up is easy to navigate (lamps, pillows, garden, knick-knacks, etc). My least favorite thing to do is rummage (unless I'm in a thrift store) and this HomeGoods does not force any rummaging on you! The quality of the clearance items is hit and miss, but you can usually snag at least one good find for a good rate. The employees are usually pretty nice, I've had the people help me out in carrying things to my car. Parking is solid here being that it's in a shopping center. Overall, this is a great place when you want some items for your home that are good quality and good rates. I'd say if this is in your area, or even a bit out, check this spot out. OMG I'm obsessed with this store!! I love that it's next door to Marshall's so I can go clothes shopping and then come browse here for hours. I know I sound like I'm a 50 year old lady, but I'm only 20 and still love looking at all of the little nick knacks they sell here--it makes me want to decorate a house of my own! A lot of the little thing they sell here go on sale quickly so keep an eye out and come back often! Also, they have great brand name stuff. I also love coming for the kitchen utensils/pots &pans/etc! Today my wife and I had a disappointing experience at this homegoods, Dec. 22nd, 2019. My wife and I bought several dog toys and a dog bed for our corgi. Upon looking at our receipt in the car, we recognized there was a charged for a random kids home decor item. No biggie as my wife and I worked in retail in college and understand mistakes like this are quite normal especially during the holidays. We decided to head back into the store to get refunded the item that we never purchased. My wife went up to the girl who rang us up that she charged us for an item we did not purchase and even looked at the items my wife that we did purchase. She then stated we needed to get back in line in order to receive a refund. Upon waiting nearly 10 minutes in line we finally go up to a register and present our case. An older lady, who seemed to be the manager, looked at the receipt with great skepticism for several minutes and then stated "I have no idea how that happens" with an attitude. She then went to the young girl who rang us up and asked her about the situation (I assume that's why she went to her). Then finally came back and gave us our refund. What disappointed us about the entire experience is 1; we had to get back in line for 10 minutes, to fix an obvious mistake the cashier made, 2; how skeptical the employees, specially the manager, was to give us our refund, and 3; we NEVER received an apology or affirmation that they did indeed make a mistake. I believe the manager never apologized to us for the inconvenience because she didn't think they did anything wrong and thought we were stealing, and thought let's just give them the refund/take the loss and not have to deal with them and to keep the line moving. To be honest, I kept my mouth shut during the entire transaction because I did not want to say anything rude or disrespectful and cause a scene. The older lady was very rude and treated us with zero respect. Looked at us as if we were thieves and liars and did almost felt pressured to give us the benefit of the doubt. I would have been more than happy to have waited and have her look at the security footage of the register area so that she KNEW we were being honest with them. My wife and I love this store and constantly shop here and we were very disappointed with how we were treated. We can't help but think that if we weren't brown and young, the process would have gone a lot smoother and quicker. read more

We bought an outdoor wicker patio set. We had concerns about the extreme Arizona heat and were assured the Wicker was designed to with stand the extreme summer heat. After the first summer, the sofa frame began to break apart. We contacted Home Goods and their response, sorry out of warranty by a couple of weeks. They wouldn't even come out to determine if it was a manufacturer defect. Home Goods customer service was disgusting. This isn't our first purchase from them, but certainly out last. My wife and I are both in the Real Estate and Design business, and we would absolutely steer out clients away from this retailer. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! read more

Oh my lord. One lady working the register with 7 people in line. Love seeing the other employees just staring at the line to check out and don't do anything to help the one who's working. Of course this one that is working is slow as molasses and won't ask for help. 15 minutes just to get a gift card. 2 of the people standing behind me got sick of waiting and left.
