I didn't have time to explore the entire store as it's super spacious, but I went straight in and to the right to a little gifting section filled with all kinds of candles, tea towels, notepads, lotions, trinkets and more. AJ helped me out and was super friendly... she made some great suggestions and I ended up selecting some small items that will be perfect for my gifting needs. We reached out via phone and text MULTIPLE times and even went into the store to try speak with someone who could perhaps contact the manufacturer and have them repair or replace it, only to be ignored. We had much higher hopes from the crew at Found and likely now have no choice but to get another table that isn't dangerous due to the potential of falling apart on us. And that store credit that they offered remains unused so really we paid full price for a table that is defunct

When you walk into any retail store and they post signs saying no returns, store credit only,…read morebuyers need to beware. As a general rule, only small one off stores think and operate like this. To post a sign staying no returns in this day and age is just wrong. Shows you what they think about customer service and how they must be really desperate for sales. I bought a bench for $3,000 and it did not workout, so I returned it the next day and they did process the return. I was one of the lucky ones I thought. That was a good thing and the right thing to do, particularly when the same bench could be bought for $500 cheaper on any of a dozen websites. That I only learned after the fact. After waiting over a week and the credit not appearing on my credit card, I went back to the store and they assured me that it was on my end. They said they did their part and it is now my problem, not theirs. So, I waited another week, still no credit and I once again returned to the store only to be told the same thing. This time I questioned what they were doing. I also knew it was not on my end, as I had talked to a senior VP at Chase, (a friend and business associate) my credit card issuer. When I questioned them a little harder they went off on me and said I was picking on them and that I should get a life and go do volunteer work. Imagine being told all of this when all I wanted was my credit, which after two weeks still has not been processed properly. And, now this is my fault. Then they call me days later and basically tell me that I have two credit cards and I bought the bench on one and returned it on another. Since I only have and use one credit card, I knew that line was BS. So, I pushed back again and then was told it must have been my wife's credit card, which also was a stupid thing to say. It was not. So, I pushed back again and then she said, oh, she was reading the transaction number and not the credit card number. Gives one a warm and fuzzy that they actually know what they are doing. Although, my issue will one day will be resolved in my favor, the entire interaction with this store was about as bad as it gets. We all have choices where we shop and this store should not be one of them. There are too many other fine retailers that sell exactly what they sell and most of the time 10-20% less. You would think by now they would take a page from Amazon and learn how to run a better operation. Actually, Amazon now gives you your credit as soon as you drop it off at UPS most of the time. As we say, buyer beware. Never shop at a store that does not want to make it easy to do a return. We have all done a return at some time or another, and one should not have to fight to get your money back on a return. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review on the internet, but want others to be careful when shopping at small stores like this one. And, if a store post signs saying no returns, only a store credit, just walk out. Too many other choices from fine retailers.

Pascal, the repairs manager, just helped us with repairs that were needed on 2 chairs that we purchased 4-5 years ago. After a recent awful experience with another furniture store, I will probably wait for Copenhagen to get a couch I love as much as the one I'm hoping to return after 5 months of hassles just to avoid the stress and horrible customer service from the other store. The policy at this Ace location to do a simple exchange is that you must have a receipt and the purchase must be made within the last 30 days - neither of which applied to me. These were the ACE HARDWARE Brand of air filters and all I needed to do was exchange them for the correct size. Man at the register rudely told me this was the policy and there was nothing he could do. So I went to Artie's Ace and they gave me a store credit and I was able to get the correct size filters. Artie's Ace is heads and shoulders above this Ace location; the best customer service and a much nicer store - with a post office! Drive a little further (Tatum & Thunderbird) and get a better experience!

Pretty disgusting and tone deaf to be carrying this kind of merchandise in a state that is so diverse, especially when you are not strictly getting white republicans shopping in the store. If that's the clientele you're hoping to attract, maybe you need a warning sign that says "White people only". Please peddle your political viewpoints outside of a retail store. I hear there's a store in southern AZ that only carries Trump crap. Move your political garbage there!
