I've had the new furniture for a week and all is good, at this point. I dont understand why they had to drag us through the mud to resolve this. The initial Experience: Our $10K recliner is very low quality, it is a lemon, and La-Z-boy won't stand behind their product nor will the local owners of the company. It has been falling apart since day 1. I've gone through two motors and other supports on one chair. The frame is crooked, so sitting in the chair gives me back aches. The chair is currently in their shop being repaired. It's been a month living with a partial sectional - looks great?? When they picked up this chair they were supposed to pick up two other damaged pieces. After missing the first scheduled pickup (my wife had to wait around all day without a phone call), they rescheduled. When they came for the three pieces the driver told my wife they could only fit one in the truck? Now we have to go through the agony of scheduling a another pickup while looking forward to having half a sectional to use for a month or more based on current performance.
