All the dents seem to be where a piece of furniture was placed. I have pads under all furniture, and have from the beginning. I told them and he asked if I had extra flooring for them to test, and I did. I sent him a pix of the dents. Numerous dents in each place. They mentioned coming over to take a look. Never happened. They sent the pix to the manufacturer, Mannington. That company said that it was abuse on my part....I live alone and have no children. And that was that. The countertop edge does not match the backsplash edge, The sink still has chips all around the edges, sink not properly sealed, electrical outlets not straight or square for electrical box extensions, backsplash is not cut straight where the microwave is installed. It is tight to the microwave in the middle and has gaps at the end. The gap is so if the microwave goes bad it can be removed without chipping the backsplash. Lowes said the contractor would be calling me no later than 12-18-23. I never received a phone call; I reached out to Lowes, and they were shocked that I never heard back from the contractor because the closed the service order out.
