This place is wheelchair accessible so I used to like going here. I bought allot of supplies and equipment and spent a good amount of money. Sometimes I would ask the opinion or advise of the owner, at times he was helpful but usually he was more interested in selling things that did not work for my growing system so its important to know what you want before you go there. Every time I went there I would call him and let him know of my arrival time.
The thing that bothered me the most was that when talking with him on the phone most of the time he would put me on hold and tell me there was a customer standing in front of him and then when I was there actually sitting in front of him in my wheelchair he would talk for long periods of time on the phone and when I asked him to take care of me he explained that he was on the phone with a customer. I felt this to be extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate so the last time I walked out and never went back. read more
