They will hound you for money, and once you give them deposits and interim payments, you won't see them for days or weeks on end, and then you have to hound them to come back to site and continue. They will give you every bs excuse under the sun why they are not on site ( the supplier was late, the colour was wrong etc etc) and will always be blaming you for their tardiness. At the end, you will eventually discover the inferior work of these people. The best way to get these people to do the job i discovered, was to withhold monies until they "finish". They will also try and charge you for "extras" which should be part of the job - don't fall for this! Oh, and forget about any after sales service - they will promise and lie to you that they will come back and rectify things, but never do. You'll eventually get sick of calling them. FORGET THEM ! Check out process is a bit tricky, there's no profile set up to save your cart and also I had issue with checking out with my credit card through Stripe but PayPal worked fine. There's also an option to choose ship in recycle packaging to be a bit more sustainable too. I tried to email customer service to tell them I want to add more to my order and to pause delivering it. It's been over a week and they didn't reply to me but the packages have arrived quickly and promptly. I don't think they have much support in customer service at all so if you do have a problem with your order, you're unlikely to get a reply unless you write a review... hence the low reviews on Google. I didn't notice them delivering in an outer package that was recycled but perhaps they meant the individual seed package is in recycled paper. I thought it would be the outer package. I think if I were to order again, I would opt out of recycle package because the seed package looks to be printed in regular printing paper exterior so if you get even a drop of water on it, it distorts the writing on the package and the print kind of washes away. We purchased 22 shrubs from this store and a few of them seems to have dry leaves. When we mentioned this, we were told that there was a one year warranty on these plants and if they get worse, we can bring them back. We have a south facing huge backyard with plenty of sun and we brought all the plants in the backyard and placed them exactly where we wanted to plant them. We watered all the plants everyday. Unfortunately, a few of the plants that didn't look good when we purchased them became progressively worse, so we decided to go back and return them. The lady at the customer service desk looked at us with an attitude and called the owner right away to speak to us. Vince Crupi came and instantly began hurling accusations at us. He began by saying that we must have left the plants in the garage, then he said that we didn't water them enough, then he said that we have been abusing the plants in some way!!!! None of his accusations were true as we had the other 18 shrubs that are doing quite well. I tried explaining this to him and told him that I didn't appreciate his accusations since we did not bring rest of the plants to return and that his accusations didn't even make sense. When I asked him to take his plants back, he said that we could certainly leave these plants but we were not going to getting our money back. I reminded him of the one year warranty and he ordered the lady at the customer service desk to stamp our receipt "Final Sale" to void our warranty! My husband and I were shocked at their outrageous and unethical behavior. I was very upset at their actions and said that they couldn't do that. Vince smirked and said "Yes, I can do anything I want and I just did. I have been running this business for 40 years so I absolutely can do whatever I want and you no longer have any warranty as we just stamped final sale on your receipt". The customer service lady was absolutely the rudest person and came right up to my face to within one foot distance to kick us out of the store. We are a very busy family, but we intend to take legal action against this business owner as what he did goes against business ethics.
