Come the following Thursday he showed up with a crew and did an impeccable job installing it. Two hours shy of one week from signing contract. I have absolutely no complaints. They recommended composite doors as well as installed a stainless steel sill underneath that would prevent the type of damage I experienced from happening again. We were always able to get it working with some "TLC", but this year was different. Nothing we did could get the motor to operate properly.
