Firstly I must mention that Rich who came to do the job was courteous and very thorough and took NO shortcuts, after he was finished my carpet looked almost brand new and that's quite an accomplishment with 15 year old carpet that had never been cleaned before. I called Jacob's back and was routed to a garage repair who said they saw I called and the "ticket" was empty. They would reach the technician and have them come out the same day. It is Saturday, almost noon, no technician and still no phone call. I wasted my Friday waiting around for someone that was never going to show up. Don't waste yours. Find someone else.
