Until his passing, he was with Coe / State Farm- and I switched all my policies to Coe after his death. It was the best move I ever made. I had a disasterous situation a few years back, and State Farm made good on it. Naturally, if they're assisting you on a 23k loss - you have to understand your bills are gonna go up- but in all honesty it wasn't as bad as it could have been...and I'd want the company that was there for me to recoup their losses someday. Two years later, what began as a quick account review by Justin at Coe's office to see if State Farm could meet my USAA rates...became a meet and BEAT by far. Between the rate beat and an added incentive to bundle, I actually decided to up my coverages too(as it was 'found' $, that I didn't have before). To go from 50/100/50 to 250/500/250 was a smarter move now that I actually have things to lose- and I had been being cheap / under protected all along.
