Please stop taking my review down. It is from a customer who had a bank account there for over two…read moreyears. I am a real human that had a real problem with that and the problem was they are the only credit union/bank that says when you give authorization for somebody to pull money out of your account, they are not responsible for the amount they pull out story short I authorized accompany to take out $300 every week I would call every single week on a recorded line granting permission to take out 300 but then they would take out 600 or 900. Then when I go to Dutch point credit union they tell me that that is not the responsibility once you give someone access to your bank account, they could take out as much as they want. What !?!?! then with the attitude the lady at the Wethersfield branch asked me if I wanted to close my account or keep it open so of course I was frustrated and I said can I have my ID back? I will keep it open, but I got something for you. I'll let the Internet handle it and then my son I got banned from every branch. They called the police because it was a threat because I threatened to write a review online, which I did five minutes from leaving because like I said, I have been banking with them for a while now . So they knew that if they close my account that they would ruin peoples lives, so I promise you they will ruin your life. They will let people take as much money as they want out of your account and they will ruin your life. do not trust these people. I will post shots tomorrow to show you what I mean by taking more than they were supposed to then throw you in the negative and then I'm a single parent custody of my child does not care about your money .
