I recently had my home staged by Ms. Potenza in my mother's home in Berkeley, Ca. It was quite an experience, of her showing up over a few days where she very carefully planned the staging--taking pictures, dropping off boxes,and then furniture for the 6 rooms. I could not wait to write this review for Candice & Company Staging & Merchandising. My husband and I had just been through a terrible situation and literally had just a bed, couch and TV in our large 4 bedroom home (the buyers backed out at the last hour). My realtor Jen Birmingham contacted Candice who came in spent about 45 minutes with us and arrived the next day with a van filled with everything needed to stage our home. She was phenomenal.
