Since the old grill is quite aged, most of the screws were rusting and it was generally difficult to dissemble, so I simply took an 8lb sledge hammer to it and put all the pieces in the back of the SUV. Upon arriving it's a little confusing for a novice, but I walked to the customer window and they gave me directions (weigh the truck on the way in, dump the grill - it wasn't clear were to dump it as there are massive piles of stuff everywhere, but I asked and was pointed to the correct pile - weigh the truck on the way out, get paid). It's almost like a scene from Mad Max...heavy machinery moving everywhere, cars moving through the air in the grasp of claws/cranes whatever devices, sparks flying from someone welding...basically yield to anything and everyone moving/driving and you'll be fine. The whole process took less than 10 minutes...and instead of paying the garbage company to take the grill, I got $5.40 for my effort. Just a side note - I scrolled the prior reviews...some of the ppl who left 1 star...75% of the reviews they have written are 1 star...something to consider.

They seemed friendly, and provided decent pricing. Had two issues with them... the person pricing the move and the person scheduling the move are not the same person. One time I received a message saying that my date was available. When I called to confirm, I was told that the date was not available. This happened a few times. Anyway, we finally squared away the date. Movers came on time and walked through the house with me, to confirm what was being moved. I had a couple of issues with one of the movers, but nothing that I could not take care of. The main staff person was great. He knew how to take apart and reinstall the bed frame, etc. Would definitely use them again... although I hope we don't have to move any time soon.

We visited the store and met with Manny and another very friendly member of their staff. They provided us with some carpet samples to compare at home. We made an appt for Manny to come out and measure which he did within the window he had provided. We chose and ordered our carpet and within a few weeks was ready for installation. The installation crew was friendly and professional and did a very thorough job installing it. The carpet looks great. The crew cleaned up nicely and moved furniture back to its original origin with no issues. Once again, very satisfied with the entire experience. Prices were very reasonable and the store has a tremendous selection to choose from. This mom and pop shop is worth the visit instead of a big commercial chain box store.
