After four days of no response, I grabbed the name of the realtor and called her to inquire about the property. The conversation was polite, but there was ZERO follow up. She offered to show the property either that night or the following day, never heard anything from her, even after I texted stating I would like to see the property. I'm in sales...you don't pass up a lead or business. It's truly unfortunate because I went to another realtor who has been more than happy to accommodate by business. This office lost a seller AND a buyer!

In addition, when we voiced unhappiness, all professionalism went out the door. We felt we were too far into the process (and wanted to close quickly), to "fire" him. That was a major mistake on our part as the problems continued post closing. He's young. Hopefully he can find a new line of work.

Stairs are dangerous and make you feel like they are going to collapse under your feet. The inside is so outdated to the point where there's mold issues, bugs, smells that are horrendous and don't go away. The parking lot is so uneven and in the winter you will slip and fall on the ice from them not plowing or shoveling the sidewalks. Management cares more about making the outdoor entrance flowers look nice instead of giving major issues in the buildings. The maintenance man has been there for so long he couldn't care less to do his job. This entire place is the section 8 of Mokena. Disgusting and disappointing! Find elsewhere to rent and live and save your time and money.
