Jade Floors did a fantastic job on our floors. We had them 1.) replace the carpet and engineered hardwood floors on our main floor with luxury vinyl flooring; and 2.) replace the carpet on the steps going up to the second floor and all the carpet on the second floor. The work performed was excellent and the floors on the main floor and second floor look absolutely amazing! Wade was very honest in answering our questions or advice. Before leaving the job site, each crew swept and left the work area clean/straightened up. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable! Complete garbage. Look, if you're hillbillies looking to carpet your mobile home, this is probably the place based on scores. If you're coming here with your Out-of-State- money (that has any remote knowledge of quality) looking for professional wood floors - avoid these guys like the plague. Yea its taken me a year to write this as I tried to clean the glue seeping up from the hardwood flooring - with no luck. God these guy's suck. I had to buy the flooring. I had to buy the wood. I had to have it delivered. I had to fight with them over the quality of the glue - and this is what I ended up with. Any attempt by the owner to refute this I will absolutely post images/contracts/emails/texts to refute. They completely suck at the ability to lay hardwood flooring. read more

Jade Flooring replaced our old worn-out carpeting on the 2nd floor and stairway. The new carpet is gorgeous! Wade was great to work with. He had a good knowledge of the best type of carpet for our needs. He had to order the carpet we wanted but it arrived on time and fit our timeline. His contractors were excellent and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were meticulous with the stairs which were tricky. The price was very affordable. I had a about 400 sqft of hickory flooring added to the 500 sqft of existing flooring. Both sections were stained and refinished by a contractor Jade hired. The flooring work was wonderful and I couldn't be happier. However, no attempt at all was made to mitigate the dust during the sanding. No protective plastic was hung nor were the doors on the bedrooms not being done even closed. The contractor did come back after I complained and spent a lot of time cleaning up the dust, but it was an impossible effort. We have many hours of dusting to do. I was also disappointed that no one from Jade ever came out during the work to check out the progress or its completion. read more

We added an addition to our home, and wanted to replace old flooring to match the new addition.We went with a waterproof vinyl. The floor was not level , we voiced our concerns . Wade assured us it would be fine. Well it wasn't! the floor is horrible. Needless to say we informed Wade that we didn't want the flooring, because we were not happy. We returned the uninstalled floor, but the new addition was already installed. and Wade basically said too bad your stuck with the cost to replace Wade gave me a quote for hardwood, omg the price was unbelievabl. I looked around and found hardwood hickory flooring less then half the price of Jade floorings quote. My advice to anyone looking to use Jade flooring , look around there are better options. Jade flooring just wants money, they do not care about making the customer happy. They even drafted our bank account for finial payment prior to the job being completed, and did not informing us that they would doing so. read more

The floors ended up OK, but the experience of having them installed was not. We hired them because they promised to send enough workers to get the job done in one week. Instead, the majority of the job was done by one person over the course of three months. The one day that a full crew came to the house, they were so incompetent that they nailed the trap door to our crawl space shut and we had to wait another two weeks for that to be redone. They also never sent a final invoice or let me know they were going to run the balance from my checking account before they did so and I had to pay an overdraft fee. read more
