Once it got approved, they pressured me into changing my move in date to much earlier than the one I requested in order to hold my spot, which would be another $1000 in prorated rent. Okay, fine. They also asked me to send the deposit before they let me see the lease. I had a bad feeling about this but I didn't want to lose the rental, so I did. Everyone I've talked to about this has told me that was a red flag and I wish I'd been more cautious. Ultimately, once I got to look at the lease it had terms that I've never had when renting with other roommates and that I didn't agree with. Ultimately, that led me to decline the rental agreement. I'm frustrated and wish I hadn't wasted my time with this company. If you are considering one of their rentals, please proceed with caution. Ask questions, advocate for yourself, and don't send them HIT until you've seen both the property and the lease. These agents are sneaky, they're greedy, and they do not have your best interest at heart.

We applied for probate, and since probate is public record, we received all kinds of phone calls, letters, notes at our front door, etc for real estate agents. We kept them all, and after months of cleaning the house, choose 3 that we appreciated their frequent, but not so often as to be annoying, follow up, and their knowledge of special requirements regarding sales through probate. We met with all 3, and Joseph was the hands down winner as someone we wanted to work with. Joseph did not live near, I don't know for sure, but I think he normally works 45-60 miles away. But he was so thorough!!! He investigated the neighborhood, poured through comparable sales, paid attention to local news, and in the end suggested a sales price that was much higher than we originally thought we should ask for. Because of the house condition, this would have to be a cash only sale, but we received 12 offers in ~ 5 days. He researched all the buyers to make sure they had the financial backing to close the deal the first time, without delays, and came back to us with a risk evaluation on each potential buyer, and recommendations on whose offer to accept. I have been involved in several house sales and purchases, this one was so incredibly smooth. The sale closed in 24 days, and would have closed sooner, but we had to give 15 days' notice to allow the beneficiaries time to object, the last 5 days everything was done, we were just waiting for the time clock to run down. I would be happy to use Joseph again, and highly recommend him.
