After a week, I got the car back but now the shifter could move freely without the key in the ignition or my foot on the brake. That's a safety issue. On top of that, they returned my car with new scratches on the trunk and rear passenger side. When I brought the shifter issue back to them, I was met with attitude: "Oh, you don't like it? You want it back the way it was?" No, I want it to work correctly. Getting answers required my husband to call multiple times and eventually show up in person. Only then did the owner reveal that a used part had been installed from a Chrysler 300 without my knowledge or consent. The Charger and 300 share a platform but are not identical. The car was finally fixed after three weeks, but not without my $200+ Mopar shifter getting scuffed in the process. Tldr: Three weeks, little communication, a used cross-vehicle part installed without consent, damage to my car, and a dismissive owner.

First of all, the manager was so accomidating and friendly. I called beforehand to make sure everything would be ok with the coupon and to see if I needed to make an appointment. He told me to just come in, so I did. Apon arrival we were greeted with a smile and prompt service. He took down our information and got to work on my car within minutes, giving us an E.T.A. on when we should come back to pick it up. After about 40 minutes or so we returned and had to wait a couple extra minutes for my car to be ready, no biggie. When he returned he told us about all the things he found durring the inspection, not that there were many.. just that I should get some new tires in about six months. While his customers are still in the honey moon phase when they just get their car back. Little do they know that all these guys do is put lip stick on a pig. It's been over a year now since my "repairs" have been done and my car is literally falling apart. The fender flares he painted are chipping the rims he customized also. The grill accents are coming off.. I literally brought this guy a list of things that needed to be touched up and after he got paid he just let my car sit there. I came back and confronted and told him he did absolutely nothing and he brushed me off. He ordered the wrong emblem for my truck (twice) and instead of ordering the correct one he had one of his fresh off the boat, probably not certified employees, hack at my car and slap some 3m tape on it and literally MADE it fit. He said he ordered replacement parts, like a new fender that I needed fixed but all he did was repair the old one so he can bleed both the insurance company and my wallet. He did this for the front grille and apparently some of the front bumper covers because I just came home and saw a piece sitting on the floor.. The back of the piece had the silicone they used to stick it on instead of ordering the new one. Take my word for it. These guys are seemingly professional but in reality a bunch of crooks.
