Sent a Friend Just Recently, and She Could Not Believe the Level of Service "Damian" the owner himself provided. He took time to even drive my friend to Enterprise location a few miles away from his office, and asked them to wait for them and have a car ready. Apparently, Enterprise closes at 6pm, and they waited for them till about 6:20pm, and wow my friend was in shock by the level of service Damian himself provided of taking his time to assure on a Friday afternoon, that she would have a car to drive while she left her car at there shop. This type of customer service is unheard of these days, and definitely something spectacular, in comparison to the normal service one receives in this town, lately. I took my Ford Fusion 2015 brand new for a crash that happen not even more than a month old after I got the vehicle and I have to tell you, Damion and his team returned to me my vehicle just like if I had got it back out from the dealer. The quality of work was amazing, and his accuracy on the time he would have me back on the road was spot on. Had a car accident and I found this shop here on yelp, so decided to give it a try. I went and was able to talk to Damian, very awesome guy, down to earth walked me trough the process of everything that was going to happen in regards to the appraisal for my vehicle (which ended up being a total loss). Very helpful from the beginning and throughout the whole process. Even though they didn't get a chance to fix my car unfortunately, I'm 100% sure they would have done an awesome job and my car would have looked as if it were brand new out of the dealer. I had some rust/ needed a paint job and I took my car here. They were extremely quick, attentive and had great customer service. I noticed some paint bumps and they fixed it for me. As well as scratches I noticed on my car, which I could have had before taking it in. I forgot to jot down where I had scratches. Regardless they took care of me well. Paint didn't match brownish instead of factory black, scratches everywhere from buffer, tape marks, imperfections in the paint, working environment is awful, noticeably unqualified workers..waste of my time and ruined the car.
