While I've yet to use my credit I did go to Sunshine today on my own dime because I had a ton of laundry to do after my son's winter camp out, including a queen sized bedspread. I used one of the great big $6.00 machines and did a huge volume of colored stuff, and put all my whites into one of the $4.50 machines. The pluses are that their machines are fast, about 25 minutes per load. When I went in the place looked the same as before: It's immaculately clean, everything works, and there is plenty of space for people to work. There's no waiting for machines, even on a Sunday. I was glad because I was in a hurry, and I'm glad that I went back. Like I said, I HATE giving bad reviews... hate it, hate it, hate it. I'm glad to report I had a good experience there today.

I had my sister go in the following day. Same BS, same asshole. Apparently they hate money. And no one ever attempted to refund the money the machines took from me. Went to RR laundry on a Tuesday morning and the place seemed clean. However then my troubles began…read more This place is completely coin operated so you would think they would have a working change machine. Well their only change machine was out of order which meant I had to put everything back in my car and go find quarters. Fortunately the nearby car wash always has working change machines. With quarters in hand I was back to laundromat. Next issue was the washing machine is so tall I had to feel with my fingers to find the soap dispenser. If you are short or in a wheelchair this isn't the place for you. Wash is $3.75 to $4.75 a load. Dryer is .25 for six minutes. I went to sit in the 3 seater bench and it jerked backwards like an amusement park ride. My clothes turned out fine; However my son went the next day late afternoon to do his wash only to have his clothes come out smelling like terrible mildew. He wasted nearly $10 to have his clothes smelling worse than when he brought them in. He soaked them overnight to get the mildew out and then had to drive to GP to find another facility. I think this place needs some thorough maintenance because right now it is lacking in a lot of important areas.
