We spoke on a Monday morning and he had a technician scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Loved the quick turnaround. I was traveling on Wednesday but left the house prepared for the technician and a key for entry. They had my phone number if there were an issues, but none arose. Normally they ask for the home being empty for 6 hours. Since I was away, I'd be gone for 24 and let them know they could really blast the place. :) My technician was Tyler and he did great. When I returned, I ventilated the space and followed the after-care steps (mostly regular and routine vacuuming). It's now been a week since the treatment and, best I can tell, the fleas are gone.
