We were on the last quarter of a 2000-mile journey on a Sunday afternoon and needed a new tire. I had a flat about 100 miles for Hometown Auto Repair and had a donut on my car with 350 more miles to home. Googled a tire service close and it gave us this place. Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. He explained our circumstances and what we needed. The nearest other open tire repair service was about an hour back the other way. The nice man (assuming Tank) looked and found us the exact tire we needed to complete our journey. Definitely was a fair price and we paid him graciously and went on our way. Charged my girlfriend almost double what it should've cost, went back to complain and found him overcharging another guy. They will 100% overcharge you if you're from out of town or look like an easy target. Our problem with the vehicle was also not even properly repaired. read more

On the way home from vacation, we started rapidly losing tire pressure. We filled up, and within 20 minutes we're dropping again. We called this shop, and we're in and out within 15 minutes! They removed a 4" screw from our tire and plugged the hole for $15. We made it home the rest of the way safely. read more

While on vacation from Chicago, we got a screw in a tire the night before we had to drive back. There I was on the side of the road, just had a blow out on my horse trailer, before I even had my door open to get out of the truck, a nice young man pulled over in front of us and offered help.
