They did three of the four repairs, in less than a day, at about 1/2 the quote price, and referred me to a body shop for the fourth repair, because that kind of work is not in their wheelhouse. I am so grateful for the guys at Butitta Auto in Oregon, Illinois. Following a previous visit, I happened to call the shop after they'd closed for the day. I didn't leave a message, but apparently my caller ID showed up. Julian was still in the shop and noticed the "missed call," and he called me back, just to make sure I was okay, and not experiencing another problem with my truck. That really touched my heart! I'm a disabled veteran, and vehicle reliability is key to my peace of mind and safety, when I'm out and about.
